We had an excellent and very comfortable stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Near the Galleria. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. A special thanks to Farrah at the front desk. She was wonderful to deal with, very professional, friendly, and experienced. Her excellent service really made our stay even better. I also called the hotel before our arrival with a request regarding our reservation, and Zaki was very helpful and made everything much easier for us before we arrived. Our family recently hosted our Riley Family Reunion at Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Galleria, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we began planning until the end of our 3-day event, the service was exceptional. We reserved meeting space and secured a room block for our guests, and they made the entire process seamless. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for our family made us feel truly welcomed. The recently renovated rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and both the lobby and outdoor areas were spotless and well maintained. I had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Near the Galleria. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, the location was convenient, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. One thing that really stood out was the kitchen staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always made me feel at home. A special thank you to Chef Jorge, who prepares the best omelettes every morning! They were always fresh, delicious, and made exactly the way I liked them. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made breakfast one of the highlights of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

We had a very nice stay at the Embassy Suites on Noel Road. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and easy to get to, with plenty of parking and a convenient location. Our suite was spacious, quiet, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend with the family. The staff was welcoming, and the complimentary evening happy hour was a nice perk—the drinks were generous, and it was a great way to unwind after a long day. The free breakfast was good, although I remember it being more elaborate years ago. It's still a nice benefit with plenty of options, just not quite as memorable as it once was. Overall, it's a clean, safe, and comfortable hotel that delivers a solid experience. I'd definitely stay here again when I'm in the Dallas area.
