Great Hotel and courteous staff. Happy hour is very accommodating. The complimentary breakfast is always good and Liliana makes sure your experience at breakfast is exceptional.

This is a nice hotel and a good location. The outlet mall across the street is good for walking around and browsing. The staff is nice, but the bartender during the daily happy hour isn't the warmest or most approachable person. We remembered him from a previous stay and he seems consistent in his service.

I chose Embassy because the Bar Louie HAD an amazing burger and decided to stay for a night. The hotel is nice, clean and kept well. I was on the 6th (top) floor, and the hallway was steamy hot walking to my room. There were industrial fans running in the hallway. If you didn't see them, you definitely heard them. My room was clean and amply provided my needs. When I arrived, the air was set high and the room was warm. I started the air and went down for dinner (see Bar Louie for review). Because of the hot TX summer and the top floor, the room took a while to cool down. Shower time, too cool off, the bathroom didn't have a fan, but because the suite was large, and I was alone, I was able to leave the door open while showering. After driving, I was exhausted and I hopped into bed, noticing several holes in the flat sheet, due to bleaching low grade materials. Within minutes, my back and hips were not happy with the bed. I took sleeping gummies so I could rest, but the bed wasn't the most comfortable. Overall, the room was esthetically nice, with it's issues. The hotel service was good and the location off the interstate was quiet.

I had a great experience at the hotel social hour bar! I was on a 2 week work trip, and had my 2 drinks almost every evening. Robert made the whole process smooth. There were times it would get real busy but he kept the drinks flowing. His customer service is top notch. I had only 1 issue with my stay. House keeping didn't leave any regular coffee in the room for two days in the row. Every place someone can find an issue so it's more important to me how a place handles it. I went down to the front desk to get coffee pods for the room. I explained the issue and how I enjoy have a couple cups of coffee every morning before getting ready. The rest of my stay, they left extra regular coffee in my room every day. That's what sets them apart. Thanks to Robert and the rest of the staff, I'll definitely be returning.
