The day before my stay, I called to ask about the possibility of an early check in. I’m a Hilton Gold member, and while I understand that doesn’t guarantee early check in, I had a short window before heading to a convention and was hoping to avoid waiting several hours for a room. I spoke with Anna, and she was fantastic. I explained that I wasn’t concerned about being on a high floor or getting any special upgrade. I simply wanted the King Suite I had reserved, and if another room was available sooner, I was flexible. She completely understood and told me she would do her best to take care of me. When I arrived around 12:30, Anna immediately recognized me and said, “You’re Benjamin, right?” She remembered our conversation and had a room ready for me. She was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made me feel taken care of. That part of the experience was excellent. Unfortunately, there were two very strange situations during my stay. Within about 10 minutes of getting into my room and unpacking, a man unlocked my door and walked in without knocking. He appeared to be doing some type of maintenance or pest control work. He seemed surprised that I was already in the room and quickly left. Then, on the morning I was checking out, around 8:00 AM, another man unlocked my door and opened it without knocking while I was changing. Thankfully, because of the layout of the room and the position of the door, I wasn’t fully exposed to the hallway. I told him I was still in the room, he apologized, and immediately left. That was concerning, especially because it happened twice during one short stay and neither time was anywhere near checkout. Aside from that, the staff I interacted with were very friendly. The bar experience was great, and breakfast was a nice included benefit with helpful staff. Overall, Anna absolutely deserves recognition. She went out of her way to make my arrival smooth and followed through on exactly what she told me she would do. My concern is simply that the hotel needs to address communication between housekeeping, maintenance, pest control, or whoever is entering guest rooms. Guests should not have people unlocking their doors and walking in without knocking, especially while the room is occupied. Thank you again, Anna, for taking such great care of me.

FREE PARKING at this location. Excellent location right off the interstate. Beautiful lobby, bar and sitting area. Outside seating front of building. Fast check in, clean hotel and rooms. Nice bar area and seating with TV in lobby area. Arrived late for manager reception which is 5-6:30pm. Was rushing to drop off rental car and get to airport for early flight so I didn't get pictures of breakfast area. Had bacon, potatoes and fresh fruit which was delicious. Had been staying at Embassy closer to downtown but they all charge for parking. This location is newer and the best in Dallas area. Johanna was very pleasant at front desk and quick checkout.
I spent 7 nights at the Embassy Suites for a work event and was absolutely blown away. The rooms are great size and I enjoyed having a separate living area for my extended stay. The beds were very comfortable and housekeeping came to refresh the room every day! The service was 10/10. From The front desk agents, to the breakfast attendant and of course the banquet employees; every single employee was so caring and went above and beyond to make our stay seamless! Thank you ES las Colinas. We will definitely be back!
It is a lovely place, great location, close to many restaurants. We stayed for 6 nights on a business trip. My room was very clean, plenty of space for work and relax. The staff was amazing, especially Victoria and Bobby. They went above and beyond to help us with all our needs. Very professional and very kind, always smiling. As a Diamond member, Hilton always takes good care of me, but what I can tell, all the people in our group were treated as everyone would be Diamond. They really care about their guest! Thank you for being the best hosts!
I stayed here for one night during a recent trip to the DFW area and chose this hotel because it was close to my meeting location. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of the stay. The room was clearly not cleaned properly. There were leftover items from previous guests, and the bathroom still had used plastic cups. Finding evidence of a prior guest's stay is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hotel's housekeeping standards. When I reported the issue and showed photos to the front desk, I was told housekeeping was unavailable and that nothing could be done. The only solution offered was to move rooms after we had already settled in following a long drive. There was no real effort to resolve the situation or make things right. The rooms are smaller than a typical Embassy Suites, the breakfast is average, and customer service is virtually nonexistent. Cleanliness and responsiveness are basic expectations, and this property failed on both counts. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it until management significantly improves its housekeeping and guest service standards.
