Hotel is in a great location but we had multiple issues during our stay. One the AC in the room had to run 24/7 and couldn’t cool the room during the day. It stays 74 degrees until the sun went down then took a few hours to cool down. The housekeeping was close to non existent. They never top off the shower gels so the soap ran out. The hand soap was never replaced. They had 400 frat kids there for the football game and they spend all weekend basically having hallway parties that management just did nothing about. So location good, rooms nice, service all around pretty bad.

We had 6 rooms, and from the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was absolutely wonderful.
A special shout-out to Mrs. Valdez, Mrs. Smith, and Mrs. Rodriguez. They did an incredible job helping us get all of our rooms in order and taking care of everything we needed during our stay.
Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made our experience even better.

Location of the hotel was really nice and the service was really good as well however, the rooms are an Abysmal. The tub had, multiple yellow stain, stains and cracks. It was very uncomfortable to even to Think of showering in that tub. I highly recommend not choosing this hotel unless you need a cheap option.
We had such a great check-in experience at Dallas Marriott Downtown thanks to Tai. We were staying for our 6-year anniversary, and she made the beginning of our stay feel really special.
She was so kind and welcoming and surprised us with a $15 restaurant credit, M Club access, and a room upgrade for our anniversary. We really weren’t expecting any of that, so it meant a lot to us and made the celebration feel even more memorable this is the top tier of Marriott Customer Service.
What I appreciated most was how genuine she was. She was friendly, thoughtful, and made us feel truly welcomed from the moment we arrived.

Dani from the front desk has been wonderful, helpful and kind. She answered all my questions and recommended good restaurants around the area. She assisted me in all my inquiries and overall super helpful. The room was cleaned and all my requests was granted. The hotel lobby, hotel room was clean and the overall feel of the place is wonderful. DANI deserves to be nominated as the employee of the month!
