Dallas/addison Marriott Quorum By The Galleria

I had a pleasant stay at the Marriott Dallas near Galleria. The hotel is nice, the room was clean and cosy, and overall it was a comfortable place to stay. One thing I really appreciated was the convenience of ordering food from outside and having it delivered to the hotel. The location is also great if you need to pick up groceries or do some shopping. Whole Foods is nearby, Walmart is easily accessible, and Galleria Mall is also close by, which makes the hotel very convenient for both short and longer stays. There were a couple of maintenance issues during my stay. The bathroom door was quite difficult to move and kept getting stuck, and there was also some visible wear and damage around the door area that could use some attention. Apart from these minor maintenance issues, everything else was good. The room was cosy, the location was convenient, and I had an overall comfortable stay. With a little more attention to room maintenance, it would be an even better experience.

I'm quite impressed. Came home after a long day and they always put the room back together so nicely and thoughtfully. Even noticing that I was running out of toothpaste and refilling it, for example. Very attentive and welcoming front desk staff. Will be back and recommend. Location is short drive to a variety of wonderful food spots.

This is a very dated and tired Marriott. If you enjoy low popcorn ceilings, worn out furniture, and an early 2000s beige look that will take you back to a Radisson of yesteryear, this is the hotel for you. Crooked TVs in the lobby that aren't mounted to the wall properly with random cables underneath make it seem like attention to detail is not something they strive for here. It all just looks janky. And maybe it was just my room, but lights in the bathroom are inadequate at best. The whole property needs to be remodeled. Having said that, the staff was incredibly nice and so was the mattress. I expected a mattress/sleeping experience that matched the dated vibe, but those have been updated. Also, this property is clean.

A special thank you to SAM the waitress for her outstanding service. She was patient, caring, attentive and genuinely sweet. I would always long for breakfast because I knew I was gonna be taken cared of. She made me feel so comfortable and valued. She was a big part of what made my stay memorable.
