Very good hotel in central Dallas. Easy walk to west village. Nice clean rooms. Best part of hotel is the valet Stacey. He is the funniest, friendliest hotel employee I’ve met and that includes five star hotels. Very happy demeanor and takes care to make sure your car is there when needed. He’s the hit of the hotel. I hope Hilton recognizes him.
Amazing service! Everyone was very kind and always happy to help out when needed. Food was top tier, and tasted amazing while also coming out quickly! I loved the view from the hotel, and the rooms where genuinely one of the nicest I have ever stayed in, extremely clean and very comfortable.
Had an amazing stay here! The entire staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Every employee I interacted with was genuinely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The view is hands down one of the best in Dallas and made the stay even more memorable. If you’re looking for great service, a beautiful property, and an unbeatable view, I highly recommend staying here. I’ll definitely be back!
Really a great hotel. They allowed me to check in early. The room itself was beautiful and modern. Service was great. Location was unbeatable. Breakfast was delicious. Literally can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend.
My stay at the Canopy by Hilton was amazing from beginning to end! My GPS kept routing me in circles, so I called the front desk and spoke with Rosy. She was very professional and not only guided me to the hotel, but actually walked outside and waved me down. She definitely went above and beyond! The valet attendant, Stacy, was friendly and extremely helpful. He helped unload and load my car — and I had a LOT of items 😂. He also suggested things to do and was super fast bringing my car around every time. Ebony at the front desk was also professional, friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout my stay. Kudos to their amazing customer service team for making my stay so pleasant and memorable. I definitely give them 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
