Nice hotel, set out of the way. Friendly stay. Room was ok in the old house, was crazy hot at night. Food was good. Used the spa, pool is very cold. Would go here again.

Absolutely terrible stay. Bed in the room was unusable. You could feel every spring through the mattress, utterly shocking. Rooms are dated and tired. Food offering in the restaurant is basic at best. The spa only opens its sauna / steam room facilities on alternate days, yet supposedly a super modern spa!? Absolute rubbish. Swimming pool freezing cold, hot tub luke warm. The courtyard complex means you have cars and people constantly back and forth past your bedroom windows. Seriously don’t bother spending your money on a stay here. Management don’t give a monkeys either sadly. Feel sorry for the team, totally let down by poor senior management and a total lack of care or investment in the venue and rooms

Excellent stay stay and spa but entire experience ruined by uncouth restaurant staff. I spent 3 nights at this place in room 234 and overall had a good time. Until my last evening when I was asked to 'hurry up my food order'. There I was trying to have a pleasant meal with my family and busy trying to feed my famished 3 year old child a pizza when at around 7 pm the server came over and asked me to hurry up as the chefs were waiting. I was hoping to enjoy a few drinks before my meal but the way the water spoke was so rude even the people who were at the table next to me turned around stare. I just ordered the first thing I saw on the menu which was a decent Wellington. A detailed TripAdvisor review to follow.

The room was lovely, really good size. Most staff were also lovely and friendly. Pool was very nice and the treatment I had was also lovely, although the interaction with the woman doing my treatment gave me the impression she wanted to be anywhere else so a bit uncomfortable there. Location is perfect, made use of the surrounding areas. Evening food was very very nice, however breakfast was a let down, ended up with what looked like a hair in my food. The cleanliness of the room was not great however, lots of things seemed dirty. Mud on the floor near the sofa, I especially did not like that the lamp above the bed, it had some weird mass inside it, bugs I'm assuming (same as other light fixtures in room). Bath itself looked like it had not been cleaned, I ran the shower over it and a lot of the dirt washed away. Did not feel comfortable enough to have a bath however. Overall absolutely lovely place but would prefer rooms to be cleaner

Faulty Towers with a dog ban from the entire main hotel. Appalling customer service. One of the worst hotels we have visited in 10 years. We booked two coach house roams which were expensive. 1) One room was not cleaned at all despite us requesting in the morning, then again to the manager at 3pm (we were told they would come round), then again at 5pm. They still failed, with a receptionist who just dumped some tea bags and took some breakfast stuff. No apology for their failure to clean the room. 2) Exceptionally they refuse all dogs inside the main hotel. Its certainly NOT for anyone who has a dog. We have never known a hotel that refuses completely. It would have been simple to have allowed use of the conservatory or bar for those customers with dogs, if they wanted to avoid issue in the breakfast room. They said they would help bring the breakfast to our room. But then in the morning they said they could not be bothered. The staff didn't care at all. No apology. No help. They walk around like zombies who don't want to be there at all. 3) Room had a kitchen extract near to our open window and you got noise all night and fumes. 4) Inadequate lighting at night to avoid badly drained ponded car parking area. 5) Spa was largely not maintained. Broken lights, broken handles, missing water, broken spinner, missing bags. There is no love of care for this facility. We have stayed in 4 Best Weston Hotels this year and this was the worst and most expensive by far.
