Tel Aviv Airport (Tlv) To Tel Aviv Hotels - Private Transfer

The driver was very nice and fast picking me up. Had great conversation while driving. It was perfect timing since it was in the middle of the night.

Our driver was excellent and ready to tackle anything!!he had a lot of patience even though he had to wait!

The app is easy to use. I could directly text my driver through the app. He was very nice and went the extra mile to help with luggage. Wish you could tip through the app.

Communication with this company is very challenging at times. I messaged through the app during a Flight diversion because the entire airport shut down trying to reschedule, and got absolutely no response. I messaged again hours later to get a response saying sorry fully booked. I should dispute the charges on my credit card as they say they monitor flights.

Yossi was great. We used WhatsApp to communicate. As soon as I landed he told me how to find him and got us quickly and safely to the hotel

Excellent service, punctual, contacted us via WhatsApp as we landed. Very easy directions including a picture of the van and its location at Ben Gurion airport.

The driver stayed in contact throughout the many flight delays and was easy to find one we arrived at the airport.

The original driver allowed a second partner to drive me to final destination. I wish this driver would have been more communicative or show that as a tourist you were welcomed. Made it safe to hotel and do want to acknowledge that the original driver texted me in a timely manner and provided information on where he was going to meet.

the entire process was extremely smooth and highly recommended. The driver was friendly and polite. I would definitely book another transfer

Very prompt pickup in a great minivan. Comfortable ride . Everything went better than expected. Would use again.

No issues and everything ran very smoothly. Driver contacted me as soon as I arrived and was waiting for me in Arrivals. Drive to the hotel was smooth and timely.

Very efficient and easy to assist in getting from airport to tel aviv. Definitely makes easy to get to hotels.

Excellent service from our Driver,, very professional and efficient, the driver helped us with our luggage at the airport and the hotel, I found that to be very convenient

This is a great service to use if you're needing a ride from the Tel Aviv airport. The driver contacted me via WhatsApp the day of my flight & waited for me even when my flight was a little delayed getting in. I would definitely recommend this service.

Very easy to utilize this service. Excellent communication and service from our driver, Yosi. He was a great ”welcoming committee” to Israel. This service made our transfer to our accommodations very smooth and removed the stress of trying to find our way around the first day in Israel. Would highly recommend.

Driver contacted us after we landed. All went very smoothly. Got to hotel without any issues. Will use again for transfer to fly home

Kept in touch with us as soon as we landed. Friendly driver. Clean vehicle. Was able to handle all our luggage

Driver waited for us even though we were delayed. Got us there safely. I will use them again for sure.

Joseph is the best. Great communication. Prompt service and very informative. Joseph was waiting for us even though our flight was delayed. 5 stars!!!

Imad is a professional and personable driver. He called me shortly after I arrived at the airport to make sure he knew where to retrieve me. We had a terrified conversation about local food and customs on the way to the hotel. I highly recommend this transport service and Imad!

Great value. Friendly driver, clean newer vehicle. It was very nice to have transportation pre-arranged with a professional driver.

Everything went smoothly. Appreciated the good commutation as well. Driver was courteous and punctual. Would recommend.

He arrived before us and contacted us where to meet. Very polite and drove nice and safe. He had a sign with my name on it to find him easily. Very professional.

Good Van and transfer but lost a point for difficulty to find the person. Lucky the airport had wifi to communication on WhatsApp. You were expected to go outside the place where they as you to meet. Just one instruction short of a 5 star.

There was no advance contact from TLV transfer with name of the driver/taxi company name assigned to pick up my group. The driver of the van contacted via FaceTime audio call approximately one hour after flight landed. By that time our hotel as a courtesy arranged another van for transfer.

Driver was on time and easy to locate. Well worth the arrangement! Texted his identity and told us how to find him Great job

Our so called private pick up from Tel Aviv airport was ridiculously one hr late . And then yet we had to go around the airport searching for the driver. And at the end there was never an apology for being late. For the money they charged service is not worth it.

The phone number for local contact was a non working number. Our efforts to get a reliable phone number have failed. We did eventually find out driver.

Wonderful and informative driver. Driver was waiting for us as specified. Airport signage to correct door not available so had to search. Not the services problem.

Kind, punctual, & safe driver. Would highly recommend. Clean car & excellent service. Highly recommend using this company

We had a great driver and he was professional and personal. It was so convenient to have a car waiting for us after a long flight. Not having to worry about finding a taxi or uber upon arrival was so nice. Instructions for finding the driver were perfect and made for a great arrival into Tel Aviv.

The guy wasn’t holding up my name sign so I couldn’t find him. I had to text back and forth and they were saying they’d only wait ten more minutes even though I just got to the meeting spot and don’t even have to pick up luggage. I found him eventually but it wasn’t smooth.

On time. Friendly service. Highly recommended. Driver very nice. Maybe need to respond within 24hrs via email for communication. But still recommended for their excellent service.

The driver dropped me off in an ally and not at the apartment address he was given. He pointed up the street and said the apartment was on the corner. It was not. I was lost and wondering the street until some kind strangers helped me out. It was a horrible experience for me.

This was my first time using viator and the experience was delightful. My driver ~Ahmadinho , was very professional and a great communicator. He answered the many questions I had!

We enjoyed talking to the driver. He came to Israel from Russia as a young . Good driver. Talmed and understood English.

Driver texted as we landed and was waiting for us exactly where he said. Polite, clean car, helped with bags. Overall highly recommend!

It was 4:30 am on a cold Monday night. We had just arrived in Israel. After going through security we went upstairs and outside. It was only 20 minutes after the time our driver was supposed to be there and he wasn't. A local cab driver informed us he would take us into town for the same price. Unfortunately, i ended up paying twice. What do I have to do to get the original charges removed from my bill?? I am still in Israel and will be until February 21st.

Pick up at the airport was so smooth. Great communication from the driver on WhatsApp and comfortable drive into Tel Aviv.

Driver was on site when we landed. Communication promptly with WhatsApp and we were quickly able to get into the car. Took us right to location with no concerns. Little more expensive than getting a normal taxi, but I prefer to have the car waiting.

The driver sent a WhatsApp message before my plane arrived with instructions of how to meet. He was easy to find once we landed and door to door transport was simple and pleasant as expected. Definitely a better option than risking blindly getting a taxi upon arrival.

They contacted me over whatsapp as soon as I landed and guided me through exiting the airport until the meeting point, very helpful.

Arrived in Tel Aviv late from a delayed flight. Sent message advising of later pick up time needed. Upon arrival received WhatsApp message from driver. We got through customs very fast so waited a few minutes but showed up with 5-10 minutes. Right to the hotel as planned. Cost is pricey but that seems to be the going rate. Trying to find an honest cab driver is not so easy. Pay more but not have to deal with the taxi. Taxis not bad for 2 people but when you need 5 people cans aren’t always available.

Driver is very friendly. Most importantly, he was on time and had a very good attitude and very helpful

We were contacted earlier prior arrival . I found this was an excellent customer service. Also we were called by the driver and let us know, he was outside waiting for us. Very professional and provide nice cold drinks when we entered the car. Car was very clean and plenty space. Thank you, for ex Ellen and professional service .

nice and clean. easy to find and flexibility of driver. Nice car, everything on time. Recommendation

All went smoothly with airport transfer to hotel in downtown Tel Aviv the driver was waiting exactly where we were told he would be and was very pleasant

Our flight got delayed in Istanbul, so as soon as we knew what flight we were going to be on I messaged the provider so they would know our arrival time had changed and we would arrive about an hour later. Unfortunately they did not accommodate the change so when we got to Tel Aviv we did not have a ride to accommodate all of our baggage, which is why we were using the provider in the first place. How they can expect to run an airport transfer business and not be able to accommodate a o e hour change I have no idea. They had our flight info and the advertisement said they would be monitoring it, so they had to have known there was a delay. They left is stranded, so take your business somewhere else.

Outstanding and punctual service! Our driver was on time, helped us with our bags, and got us to our hotel safely!
