Easy to reserve and connect. Driver was in contact and, even though he had to wait because my luggage did not arrive so I needed to make a report, he delivered me safely to my destination.

Super prompt - friendly and helpful! Anastasia came to find me when the said port escalator was broke. She helped me carry my bags to the car!

Booked this company for a transfer from Ben Gurion Airport, Tel Aviv, to a hotel in Jerusalem, for August 5th, 2025. The company's policy is that the pick-up will wait for 1.5 hours after the plane lands. Even on a normal day, 1.5 hours is a short allowance for an arriving international flight, taxing to gate, deplaning from a jumbo jet, walking to customs/immigration, waiting in line for security checks, picking up luggage, etc. But on this day, immigration and security were a total mess. It took 2 hours for us to get out of the airport, and even though we kept in contact with the driver, he left for another pick-up. No refund from from TLV, no refund from Viator/Trip Advisor. Totally frustrating experience after a very long flight and an expensive one. We were not familiar with our options to get to Jerusalem, but we easily found the train to Jerusalem. It was a quick, easy, inexpensive way to get there and we highly recommend it. Do not waste your money on TLV.

The driver was on time for the pick up. He provided me with specific and clear instructions for the meeting point. His driving skills were excellent.

My flight was delayed, immigration was delayed all out of my control and the driver kept threatening he was going to leave us stranded there. That's very stressful. I couldn't get done what I needed thinking the driver was going to leave and he almost did. He was sending me a cancel text when I ran to him. I was so tired traveling 26hrs just to sweat 😓 panicked he was leaving i almost cried

We arrived in Tel Aviv after a long flight. I receive a whats app text along with a call to confirm pickup instructions. We got our bags, followed those instructions and got in the van to be whisked off the Jerusalem. So simple!

Our driver was wonderful: texted to let us know he was there, on time, patient, helped with bags, clean vehicle, safe driver, all good.

I had a little trouble finding the driver but once I did everything was great. Driver was friendly and helpful, thanks.

TLV transfers was definitely the right choice. My flights to Tel Aviv were cancelled and I was rebooked on different flights the following day that were delayed leaving the US by almost 6 hours. I emailed the TLV office and they adjusted to my new travel schedule with no problem. I did have some issues finding my ride on arrival in Israel which occurred during the Sabbath. I was under the mistaken impression that there would be a car marked TLV transfers or that the driver would be holding a sign with my name, when in fact TLV arranges rides in regular taxis. I could not get my phone to work in Israel - totally my fault. While I was trying to figure out what to do I got the first of several emails from my wife saying that TLV had called my house in the US to say the driver was looking for me. Once I found him, he showed me my confirmation on his phone and we were off. To be clear, the issues I had at pick up were my fault and TLV did a great job at getting things sorted. The return pickup, which occurred in the early morning hours of the Sabbath a week later, went exactly as planned with plenty of communication. I would most definitely book with TLV again on future trips to Israel.

The driver gave us a call as soon as we landed and waited for us. He was very nice and offered to stop and get water for drink.

If I could give this a -100 I would. The driver left us at the airport well before the wait period time assigned we received no support or refund. We booked a pick up for 3:30pm with an additional wait period of up to 80 minutes given any delays during security or customs. Our driver left at 4:22pm and we spoke with both Viator and driver - no alternative, no refund and no support. Avoid avoid avoid

Don't get this service. It was a big mistake. There is plenty of transportation available once you get there. I chose this because I wanted to make sure we had a larger vehicle to get us to our hotel. We went to the the exit that we were instructed and looked around for 20 minutes and could not find our ride. We eventually hired a taxi that was at the designated exit. Unfortunately my phone was not working as the driver did attempt to call me, but when I later explained this to the company they did not even offer a partial rebate. I spent $195.00 on nothing. The driver was not there.

Safe, comfortable and friendly driver. Little over priced from TelAvive Airport to Mout of Olives. The cancelation was not flexible.

The driver was right at exit 23 with a sign ready to go. Nice clean car and friendly driver. Nice easy ride right to our hotel in Jerusalem

Our driver met us promptly at the terminal with our name on his signage. He was professional, his van was quiet clean, and he was a courteous driver.

Very efficient pick up as planned and explained in their instructions. Smooth ride to the hotel. If you are tall, opt for the larger vehicle. It was tight!

My hotel was a little difficult to find-in an alley etc and after midnight! Emad was most helpful in making sure I got in safely-thank you!

The ride was comfortable and took me to my hotel in promptly. The only issue I had was that there weren’t clear instructions on where to be met. I assumed it was at the exit from the airport immigration gate. When I chased up the help number it was all sorted out and I was directed upstairs to L2 Exit 23.

We have used TLV to go from the airport to Jerusalem and from Jerusalem to tel Aviv hotel Both times service was on time corteous fixed price with no surprises We will continue to use their services

The transfer from the airport could not have been easier. Our driver met us as agreed & delivered us to our hotel in comfort.

Was waiting for me, helped me with my suitcase and delivered me to the very spot in Jerusalem that I needed to be dropped off. Lovely.
