Life changing tour. The wisdom and passion of our tour guide and driver, Dorit and Dan, surpassed all of my expectations. The views of city, churches and the Sea of Galilee were breath taking.

The driver was excellent and I think him for waiting for us. He watched the flight info and got us to our B&B safely. Thank you much!
Pro: we got there, the van was comfortable Con: everything else. Arrived in TLV, no driver to be found - later insisted he'd been there, but not true (we had walked around for 20 mins, asked all other drivers there with name cards). Communications with company took some work. Driver himself was... sometimes aggressive, sometimes out to lunch. Driving cultures of the world vary, to be sure, but this one was being yelled at by locals. Probably best to go with another company
We were greeting by our friendly driver at Tel Aviv airport without difficulty in finding out driver . He was waiting for us and drove us comfortably to our hotel in Jerusalem . Thank uou
Excellent service!!!! They picked us up on time. It was an excellent car service. The private van was excellent!
Transportation was dependable and timely. Could not ask for more because we came into the airport late.
Very helpful team who helped navigate lost luggage at airport. Assured access to building before leaving. Very nice new and cleaning vehicle.
problem was not with viator but, with the transfer company. flight delay caused a no pickup even after informing company of delay 15 hours in advance.
We were scheduled for pick up at Tele Aviv airport on 1/8/2020. When we arrived, there was no driver to pick us up. I called Viator and they said our transport was canceled. It had bed scheduled for 1/7 and changed to 1/8. Changes confirmed in emails by Viator. Following the above conversation, I received a call from a Viator “driver” who was looking for thus at the airport. I called Viator to clarify and was told they would investigate and call back. Viator did call back and said our transport was canceled. We used a cab to get to hotel. What a mess - and we prepaid for service - and told our prepay was non-refundable.
Very efficient service. Our ‘meet and greeter’ met us in the baggage reclaim area and took us to meet our driver. Driver was polite and took us to our destination
Transport was easily identified on arrival and occurred without any delays or disruptions. We were promptly greeted and moved through the airport quickly to a nearby waiting car that departed without incident.
Our private shuttle from the Tel Aviv airport to Jerusalem stood us up. After waiting 2 hours and after a half dozen calls to the provider (Ben Harim Ltd) we informed Ben Harim Ltd that we would be calling Viator for remedial action. Only at this point did Ben Harim Ltd contract with a taxi to cover for their no show driver.
Friendly driver, waited while we had to file for lost luggage without an issue. Process was very easy. Vehicle was very comfortable
The driver was very nice and even pointed out things as we drive. He also helped us bring bring our bags up some stairs
We always use Viator on our trip abroad. The company\s driver is always efficient, reliable, professional and on time. Definitely, highly recommended.
We had to rearrange our airport transfer due to cancelled flights from New York, it was changed twice and I e-mailed Viator, and they told me to get in touch with the actual tour group. We were very pleased by the service we received. After a long flight we were delighted to see our driver holding our name sign and he took us to our hotel in Jerusalem...
I followed the directions in the email for where to meet the driver, but I did not see him. I called him and he came over from where he was waiting somewhere else. After that, things went more smoothly. The driver was friendly and polite.

Transfer was super easy and driver was awesome. Definitely recommend for easy and stress free arrival.

Efficient process and easy to get to hotel without worrying about language barrier as many taxi drivers speak no or limited English.

Our flight from Seattle to Tel Aviv delayed 5 hours, we were so worried that we will miss the airport transfer. What a relief when we walked out the custom check door we saw the guy holding a card with my name. The driver was pleasant and helpful. Joanne

This is a highly recommended option in terms of getting from Ben Gurion Aiport to Jerusalem. After a long journey, I was really tired, and the staff at Viator were prompt, helpful, professional. From the previous reviews, my experience was just as I expected. I would readily choose them again.

Smooth and timely transfer, the company arranged it through a private taxi from the airport. Well worth it, we strongly recommend it.

Driver was right there waiting for us even though we were almost an hour late. He was very courteous and pointed out sights aling the way.

The car fine, with a good driver. However, since there were long lines to process in-coming passengers for visas, it was more than an hour after my flight arrived before I got through Immigration and received an entry permit. The driver complained, several times, that he never had to wait so long for any passenger - as if it was my fault it took so long to gain entry to Israel.
The ride from Tel Aviv to my airport in Jerusalem was uneventful. The driver was professional and not too aggressive.

I must say, for my return to Tel Aviv from Jerusalem, I was able to hire a private taxi - a nice Mercedes - from my hotel to Ben Gurion airport for about half of what it cost through Viator.

While I appreciate booking a car in advance for this transfer and would generally understand a premium, the price paid was nearly DOUBLE the rate of simply taking a taxi - which is what we were put in by the driver we met at the Arrivals Hall!!!!!. As I rode from Ben Gurion to Jerusalem after a 10.5 hour flight in a TAXI, I felt very stupid, taken, and ripped-off beyond compare. Just take a cab!

A very efficient service which took the hassle out of finding transport from the airport to Jerusalem. Great after a longish flight.

Great, the driver was very nice and polite and patient as I needed to buy some drinks before I left. I am very happy.

This was a bad joke. A taxi from Ben Gurion to Jerusalem costs about 300 NIS 60 USD for a full car. All you do is walk out of the terminal and go to the taxi stand.
This service at 68 PER PERSON for 2 people is a joke. It is just the driver from a normal taxi holding your name on a sign in the arrivals hall. You follow him to his taxi, load your own luggage, and pay double for the ride. The only benefit was that he stopped at a falaffel stand on the side of the road because we were hungry after our long flight.

Excellent, Waiting at the airport for us. Very friendly driver.

Driver was on time and friendly. English was sufficient for all interactions. I thought he was a bit reckless while driving but after a week in Israel I realized it's how everyone drives, so it wasn't just him. Price for one passenger not competitive with booking with hotel so will not use again.

Extremely safe driver. Thank you!!! Felt very welcomed and conversed with us all the way there and saw us to the hotel. Well done and thank you.

I am sorry I can't rate this higher. We waited for the driver at the appointed place after getting through customs and baggage, but unfortunately he had left before we were able to get to the meeting area. We waited some hours before being able to contact them as our phone wasn't working. Our plane had arrived a bit late in the morning and the driver said he waited longer than normal but had to leave. We thought more time was taken into account upon landing. Went by shuttle bus to Jerusalem and that was fine.

We did expect to pay $138 for a taxi service if I may even call a service -myself and wife had to
pull our own carts to the car and the driver looks more like a freelance student and bcos of his
rough handling of one of the bags 2 bottled of MOET we bought in SIN were broken and spilled all the clothes and dresses of my wife - she is most irate and had to send them all the laundry with nothing new to wear that evening. We will absolutely not recommend yur service to all our clients and friends. We felt short changed and cheated.

Although expensive - the guide was at the airport with a sign as planned and expertly took us tired people straight to the Jerusalem Hotel. We arrived after a 18 hour flight at 11:50pm on a Friday in Tel Aviv and the experience was worth every penny. Thanks again.

Pick up was as described. The driver was very kind and helpful taking me to my hotel as my directions were not as helpful.

The transfer from Ben Gurion airport to our hotel was handled superbly. We were met at the gate, taken to a car, and safely delivered.

We prepaid for a driver from Tel Aviv airport to Jerusalem. The driver was not waiting for us at our arrival. The company did not contact our cell phone. Eventually, we reached the company and were advised to expect a driver in 15 minutes. It was an hour before a driver showed up and took us to Jerusalem. He said the scheduled driver's car had broken down, and he, the replacement, was delayed by security procedures. Our drive to Jerusalem was uneventful after that. We have no criticism of the driver, but the company was not well organized to deliver the timely and professional service we had contracted for and had prepaid at Viator's premium rates. We would have done better to get a taxi on the spot at the airport.

Fantastic service! I must say that everything went very smooth indeed from the initial internet booking to the final drop-off. As we entered the arrivals hall, the driver was holding a sign which clearly displayed my name. He was parked very close so there was no long trek with our luggage. The journey from the airport to Jerusalem was comfortable and we were driven straight to our rented house.

We had booked and paid for a minivan for 5 adults + 5 cases. Upon arrival the driver was not where the voucher said we would find him. After searching the arrivals terminals we eventually found him! He was told he was collecting 4 people so had come in a ordinary car. We had to wait for ages in the terminal for a second car to arrive so that we could be transferred to Jerusalem in 2 cars. Not what we had paid for or expecting, especially after a long haul flight!

Driver was waiting us at airport
nice person and help us with luggages
