Our guide Rami was fantastic! He was patient, knowledgeable, and put everyone at ease. The organization was responsive; the bus was comfortable and the pickup and other instructions easy to follow. Highly recommended for this and other tour.

Very interesting your under the circumstances. Excellent and Knowledgeable tour guide Thanks
Tourists Israel website comes up when I search for day tours. Our tour guide Rami is very informative, friendly and very patient. Our driver is always smiling and waited for us patiently. We will book again for another tour and recommend this company to our family and friends. Beth
I urge everyone to put this on your list if you are coming to Israel this is history and it is very very well done! A very touching informative tour that gives you a better perspective of exactly what happened that day shows you the border the memorials the concert areayou get to see it first and you don’t wanna miss this.
It was well organised, professionally guided tour with very sensitive approach.
Great experience Rami was very informative . Seeing the sight first hand is very moving.
Visiting the sites of the October 7 massacres was an incredibly moving and emotional experience. The tour was both deeply informative and delivered with great sensitivity and respect for the events and the people affected. It gave us a much deeper understanding of the tragedy and its lasting impact. We are grateful for the care and thoughtfulness with which the experience was presented. It was a powerful and unforgettable visit.
Excellent amount of time spent at each stop, informative and impactful
Yariv was a fantastic guide who added to and customized our experience beautifully - truly and above and beyond. With it being Shabbat, we had to "go with the flow" off the typical itinerary - but we still had a great day taking in such a heavy part of our history.
Really impactful tour of the area
The guide Yossi went above and beyond. It was the most memorable and meaningful day. Knowing what happened in 7 October 2023 was insignificant compared with being faced with the enormity and tragedy of that day
This was a full day English tour of the Gaza envelope. Our tour guide was very experienced and gave us the full flavour of the October 7th situation, telling many stories as well as background information to round out the picture. Very worthwhile.
An absolutely incredible and deeply moving tour with Tourist Israel. Visiting the communities around the Gaza border and the Nova Festival memorial was a powerful experience and one that will stay with us for a long time. Our guide, Yossi, was outstanding — incredibly knowledgeable, sensitive, respectful and engaging throughout the entire day. He handled such difficult and emotional subject matter with genuine care while giving us a much deeper understanding of the events of October 7th and the people and communities affected. A huge thank you to Tourist Israel for putting together such a meaningful and well-organized tour, and especially to Yossi for making the experience so memorable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to understand, remember and pay their respects. 🇮🇱🙏🏻
Tour Guide Yossi was exceptional. I felt like I was living the experiences of the Jewish Nation during the October 7 experience and currently. Yossi was genuine in his experiences and that made the day an emotional experience beyond simply seeing and hearing about the events. His honesty about his own experiences was greatly appreciated. Being so close to the sites, meeting the father of a hero killed, meeting a real person that saved 80+ people was genuine. Observing a family member of one killed sobbing at a memorial for that murdered family member was so painful and I appreciated this pain. Yossi brought so many of the dead to life with the whole range of human experiences I was capable of. His detailed descriptions of events and battles were riveting. This was the truly the most memorable experience.
This has been an amazing and exceptionally emotional experience. A tour that is both necessary and informative. Everyone should make the time to share this experience Our guide, Yossi was both informative as well as sensitive to the graphic nature. We could not have asked for a better guide.
An amazing emotional experience One that I will remember forever
Yossi was outstanding. Very personable. The trip was highly informative and quite emotional. I would highly recommend this
One of the best tours I've taken in the world. Yossi was beyond amazing. From the start he detailed how the day would go, explained we could visit additional stops and why. At every stop he was thorough in explaining how that horrible day 7/10 unfolded. He knew several people who had family there on 7/10 who could share their stories at two stops. Yossi was very engaging and I would 100% recommend him as a guide on any trip.
An outstanding guide. We had plenty of time to pause and reflect. We experienced many moving moments and learned a lot. The best tour in a long time.
A sobering tour that really shows the scale and barbarity of the attack. The stories of heroism and selflessness demonstrated the breathtakingly strong bond Israelis share. These are strong people who have a remarkable resilience and fortitude to keep going. The memorials have been thoughtfully created in a very short space of time. Yossi was a fantastic guide who clearly not only has deep knowledge but deep insight. I highly recommend it.
This tour is a must for all who are visiting Israel. I feel it’s very important to see first hand the evidence of October 7th and to remember and reflect on the lives stolen. Every site has its own story and our tour guide led us through many moments with facts and evidence, but his main focus was the lives, the people and the communities. I am privileged to have been able to come and join this tour.
Very meaningful experience. Guide was incredibly knowledgeable. It was a tour that everyone should take, filled with many sites and stories while maintaining sensitivity and honesty. Highly recommend.
Amazing day experiencing the events of October 7th. Heard incredible stories and saw incredible things. The day started at 8am and we got back at around 6 ish to tel aviv. The group was 6 of us and it was very pleasant with a respectful atmosphere. The tour guide was great and extremely knowledgable. I have learnt so much and it was definitely worth the money as this was mainly for the transport from tel aviv and back. 10/10 day
The whole trip was amazing. It was a difficult day, but our tour guide Yossi was very informative and helped to impress upon us the significance of October 7, partially by telling us individual stories of some of the victims. His knowledge and experience gave all of us a memorable experience. I will definitely recommend the tour to anyone who wants to take such a trip.
A must. Moving beyond words. Tour guide was very knowledgeable, careful to adhere to established facts and to respect the experiences of survivors, those who did not survive and their loved ones. He prioritized group safety and provided the chance to opt out for those who wished to avoid hearing about the more difficult material. He also prioritized our group’s safety at all times. We became witnesses to the reality of what occurred on October 7, 2023.
I took the Gaza border and Nova festival site small group tour last week and wanted to share my thoughts. This is not a typical tour as much as an inside look at a significant place in Israel and her recent history. Yossi, our tour guide, was excellent, knowledgeable and personable right from the start. He expertly led us the beaches along the border; to the poignant memorial for the Lady Observers; to the Black Arrow site, where so many perished; to the Nova festival and memorial site; to a nearby kibbutz, where almost everyone who lived there on 10/7/23 was either murdered or taken hostage. Yossi, who is on a mission to share this information with the world, related stories of heroism, survival and grief during the course of the day. We ended the tour in Sderot, where there's a memorial at the site of the police station that was burned down. We returned to Tel Aviv in the evening with a deeper understanding of the situation along the Gaza border. This tour is not for everyone, but if you're interested in learning more about the conflict, this is a good place to start.
It was a beautiful and unforgettable experience. Everything was very well organized and our guide was friendly, attentive, and very competent. We saw a lot and received interesting information. I would book this tour again anytime and can absolutely recommend it.
A moving visit regarding the terrible tragedy of October 7. It is important to be a direct witness to these atrocities in a world where historical revisionism is frequent (and facilitated by social media). Some beautiful encounters with victims and relatives of victims. I recommend it!
