I would like to begin by highlighting the positive aspects of our stay. The hotel is situated in an outstanding central location, conveniently close to Habima Theater, Rothschild Boulevard, and Dizengoff Center. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of dining and entertainment options. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although a refresh appears to be due. The service was courteous and discreet, meeting standard expectations. Our primary disappointment, which has led to our three-star rating, concerns the breakfast. Regrettably, it bore no resemblance to the experience described on the hotel’s website. Having anticipated one of Tel Aviv’s finest breakfast offerings, we were instead served a modest selection: a small portion of cottage cheese, a small portion of yellow cheese, a similarly modest plate of vegetables, one of fruit, and one of jam, accompanied by three slices of bread, two croissants, and coffee. While adequate in itself, this falls considerably short of the high standard promoted and expected in a city renowned for its breakfast culture. Had the breakfast not been presented as a highlight in advance, the experience would have been acceptable. It would, in fact, be preferable not to offer breakfast at all if the promised quality cannot be consistently delivered. It is regrettable that this aspect detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. We appreciate the service provided; however, it is unlikely that we will return in the future.
We stayed at the hotel 14-17/04/25 From the first shower we took, there were sudden streams of boiling water. Both my wife and I got burns because of this problem. When we contacted the hotel, they said they would call a technician and that he would arrive in a few hours. In the end, the technician only arrived the next day. The hotel's answer was that there was a general problem and not a specific room. No compensation was received despite the above-mentioned disgrace.
We always stayed on the beachfront but decided to have a change of scenery and it was the best decision we made. White Villa is really lovely-beautiful rooms (we requested a quiet one), unbelievable buffet breakfast on Saturdays & a menu to choose from on the other days. The location is right in the hub of walks, restaurants & nightlife. Definitely will be back to stay in this gem of a hotel.
Staying at the White Villa was amazing! The place is beautiful and the location is great. Everything is within walking distance, you can tour Tel Aviv by foot and that's what we loved (even though we lived here all our lives). Breakfast on Saturday is a bit disappointing (as the kitchen is Kosher) but other than that everything else was beyond what we've expected. Dana, the manager, was responsive before we got there, helped a lot and even secured us an upgrade. Her service level is way above what we usually expect and it definitely helped us enjoy our stay. The Garden Loft is a fantastic room, although close to the kitchen, very big, comfortable and inviting. A small part of the garden is dedicated to the room, separated by plants from the other rooms, so don't expect much privacy, but still, a really nice place to sit. There were a Nespresso coffee machine and a complimentary minibar with soft drinks, cashew nuts and jelly beans.
