The Savoy Tel-aviv, Sea Side

There are much better choices for the same cost. The manager at the Tel Aviv location is horrible. I booked a single room, when I thought my mother was going to join, I booked a larger room. When I arrived I told them I no longer needed the larger room. It took me three days to track down the manager. He finally agreed to moving me back to a smaller room. I paid full price for the larger room for three days and the full price for the smaller room. I was there for fourteen days. When I found out I had to leave a day early - I again spent days trying to talk to the manager and he refused to refund the extra day. He is horrible. He should be fired. The fact that he did not come and talk with me. Only tell the lovely people working reception to tell me no, is a reflection of how horrible he is at his job. Again, there are a lot of great hotels at this price and a lot more accommodating. Keep looking.

Recently renovated and super clean, comfortable rooms with great A/C - slept like a baby. Great helpful friendly staff. Shavit at the front desk was very helpful.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I highly recommend the Sea Side Savoia Hotel in Tel Aviv. From the moment we arrived, we truly felt at home. The hotel has a wonderful family atmosphere, and the entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their warmth and attention made our stay very special. The hotel is extremely clean, the rooms are beautiful, comfortable and very well maintained. The breakfast is excellent, with a great selection and everything you need to start the day perfectly. The location is also fantastic, just 100 meters from the beach, which makes it perfect for enjoying the sea and Tel Aviv. A very special mention to Nathalie at the front desk, whom I particularly appreciated. She was absolutely lovely, warm, caring and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Thank you to the whole team for making us feel so welcome and at home. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back.🙌 Stéphanie
