The food wa incredible for Friday night Shabbat dinner. The manager gave us a free gift because he knew we would like it. He went above and beyond. Shachar and Tamar at the front desk were lovely, but Brian takes the cake. He was there delivering us coffee and room service and he was very dedicated and we loved him a lot. Amazing stay we had. All during the war nonetheless with at least 5 sirens during the weekend but all the staff was amazing.
First time at a Ritz Carlton property. Spacious, immaculate, ornately decorated, everything there is an intrigue. The Staff are trained for peak performance and provide attentive and personal service. The room was exquisite. The pool immaculate. Breakfast was top 5 in Israel. Anyone seeking a peaceful respite would be well served to check it out. Will definitely repeat.
There’s just nothing negative to say. The staff cares. The rooms and hallways are clean. They are constantly improving themselves. They have full time kosher supervision in the kitchen who can explain all the details for you if you want to eat at the hotel—and you should! The marina is pleasant to walk and the city is exploding with life. Perfect vacation spot.
We had a great stay at this hotel in Israel. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was one of the highlights, very fresh, high quality, and varied, with different options each day. There were freshly made juices and smoothies, as well as hot dishes prepared by the chefs, which we really appreciated. The spa was excellent. I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and it was a perfect way to fully relax. There are also several saunas available. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. The views from the rooms, especially those overlooking the marina, are beautiful and definitely add to the experience. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would rate it 10 out of 10 and would happily return!

They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, were consistently warm, attentive, and accommodating, and made us feel cared for in a way that is incredibly rare. What stood out most was how personal the experience felt. We were treated like individuals, not room numbers. Small details were noticed, preferences were remembered, and every request was handled with ease and kindness. It created an atmosphere where we could truly relax and enjoy our time, knowing everything was being taken care of. The impact this had on our trip cannot be overstated. My kids said their favorite part of our entire vacation was the hotel itself, which says everything. The experience here didn’t just complement our trip - it completely elevated it and became a core memory for our family.
