Renaissance Tel Aviv Hotel

Excellent hotel. The building is older, but they keep it in very good shape. Location is directly at the beach with beach access. Had some trouble with the air conditioning but immediately got changed to another room. Food and service impeccable. Laundry service worked fine. Very friendly and helpful staff. Gym could be more modern, but it has all you need.

Wonderful anniversary stay at the Renaissance Tel Aviv. The hotel itself is excellent, but what really makes it special is the staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Rachel in the Executive Lounge, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We've stayed in many hotels, and few match this level of service and hospitality. Looking forward to returning.

I would like to note regarding the staff in this hotel: everyone is very professional and friendly. It is very pleasant to stay here. Any issues I had were resolved very professionally by the staff. I would also like to mention the evacuation: it was very professional, clear, and coordinated—everyone worked as one team. I would also like to note regarding the kitchen: the food here is very delicious, and everything feels homemade. I hope my comment will help you in choosing a good hotel in Israel.
