This is truly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at — outstanding in every respect. The service, warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. A special mention must go to the front desk staff, who were consistently welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. Above all, I have to recognize Tal Or. She is quite simply one of the most helpful, genuine, caring, and sincere people one could hope to meet. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her kindness and willingness to help made our stay especially memorable. Tal Or is an extraordinary ambassador for the hotel, and the kind of person who turns a wonderful hotel experience into something truly special. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Mia — As a pure vegetarian, navigating food options can be challenging, but Mia made it effortless. She patiently guided me through all my food queries and even offered to have dishes prepared without eggs to match my dietary needs. I am deeply grateful for her thoughtful support in helping me maintain my food habits. Michal — Thank you for providing clear directions and offering moral support throughout my stay. Your guidance helped me feel more confident and at ease while navigating a new environment. Orin — Her warm presence made my time on the rooftop peaceful and comforting. My wife and I had a fantastic experience at the Prima Millennium. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, the rooftop bar is a great place to get a drink, the gym is A+ (even by American standards) and best of all, the staff provided the best hospitality of any hotel we've ever stayed at in Israel. Special kudos to Deena, the guest relations manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel not just at home, but like family. The Prima is an easy 10/10.

The whole experience was wonderful! The room was clean and smelled great, the facilities were well-maintained, and everything was comfortable and easily accessible. The only thing was the pillows (there were two)—one was too thin and the other was too thick. Breakfast had a rich, fresh, and delicious selection. Thank you!
