Great location Good service For breakfast you receive a voucher and you have two or three coffee shop nearby you can use The one on Shenkin 17 was good Only all food is take away or to eat there and the coffee was in paper cup Cleaning needs to improve Still I would return Inner city location Enjoy

I booked a one-night stay at this hotel for my parents, and they didn’t sleep all night because of ongoing light rail construction right next to the hotel. Of course, nobody informed us about this in advance. I’ve been trying to speak with someone from the hotel’s management, but despite repeated promises from the staff, no one has bothered to get back to me. The customer service has been terrible, including the front desk staff. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.
Don't stay here, extreme disappointing for the price. The service was terrible, the only good thing is the location, but there are plenty of nicer hotels nearby that treat their guests better. Stayed here a few years ago and the rooms and decor have not been updated or maintained.
Stayed here for 1 night for my birthday. We had a very good and relaxing time here. The standart room is small but has everything you need. The rooftop pool is very nice and we spend there a good amount of the day. We also had massage that was wonderful. The location is great as well. A bit of proper maintenance to keep the place fresh can turn this place into a true gem.
