I had a wonderful stay at Leonardo Boutique Hotel at Ramat Hahayal. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I would especially like to thank Diana at the reception. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care stood out throughout my stay. She always greeted me with a smile, was happy to help with anything I needed, and made every interaction effortless. Great hotels are built by great people, and Diana is a perfect example of that. We stayed at this hotel at the end of May and were very pleased with our stay here. Great location, very comfortable clean room, great breakfasts, very friendly staff. I would like to note such a convenient option as a business lounge, where you can drink coffee and have a snack. We had a return flight from Tel Aviv early in the morning and a full breakfast was packed for us to take with. Thank you very much! I hope we will come back here again.
