Not Good! I would honestly say this is more of.a hostel than an actual hotel. I typically do not write negative or critical reviews but I'm writing this to help other travelers in hopes of not falling into the trap I did. I hope the reviews and photos do not mislead you as they did me. There is rarely anyone working at the front desk and they do not answer the phone, the common areas have a very foul smell, there is only 1 elevator which equates to long wait times, I had some flies in my room, there is no daily cleaning service, the "continental breakfast" is a joke (ie Costco keurig pods and bread), you'll hear plenty of noise in the halls outside your room with occasional smells of someone vaping, and the rooms leave plenty to be desired. It seems they put in minimal effort into experience to maximize profit via location and misleading reviews. A perfect example of this is them charging $6 for a cup of noodles lol. Despite everything I did not enjoy about this "hotel", I will say the bed was clean altho I would not pay more than $100 USD to stay here. At that price, this place makes sense but unfortunately they charged me upwards of $300/night which is disturbing. If you are young, on a budget, and just need a place to put your things, this place may work for you but if you expect a clean, efficient, and friendly experience, I would look elsewhere.

Excellent customer service and very clean hotel rooms. Beds were decent and the A/C worked well. There is plenty of construction noise next door which was bit annoying but the location and price makes up for it. It's not the fanciest hotel but again it's very clean, which in my opinion is just as important. Good value for the money.

All the staff here is so hardworking. The room was clean and the price was so worth it. Great location, right next to the subway stop right in the heart of the city. They also rent dyson air wraps for free which is such a creative amenity to offer. Highly recommend.

We arrived before the official check-in time, but the staff kindly stored our luggage so we could already go out and explore the city. When we came back for check-in later, our bags had already been brought up to our room, which was a really nice touch. The rooms are quite small, but that’s something you already know when booking, so it wasn’t a surprise. Everything was clean, and the air conditioning worked very well. The service overall was excellent. There were just a few small things that could be improved. The curtains let quite a lot of light through, so the room gets bright fairly early in the morning. The toilet paper was only single-ply, and the duvet was basically an insert between two loose sheets — it might be nicer to have a proper duvet cover where everything stays together. One other minor point is that the door isn’t very soundproof, so you can hear some noise from the hallway. However, this wasn’t a big issue since not many people pass through the corridor. Moreover the location is just excellent, financial district, china town and little Italy all reachable within 20 minutes on foot, and the subway just over the street, so you can reach any point of the city in a maximum of 15 minutes. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and really appreciated the helpful service.
