Bar Efrat from the Jacob Samuel Hotel, gave us outstanding service- over and above our expectation: professional, smart, kind and witty. We are so grateful for the service, the hospitality and consideration for our needs. Couldn’t recommend it high enough.

Great location . Nice rooms - choose those with the balcony. Think about parking . Nearby parking is way more expensive than that near beit lesin theater.
They tricked me when I checked in and asked for my Israeli passport but I could have avoided VAT by giving my US one. Other hotels I stayed in this trip did not charge me VAT. Also they didn’t have an adapter. It was pretty much NO for everything I asked. Noon checkout, NO.
An awesome hotel!!! Thank you for being so great during my stay. Excellent location and service.
Absolutely loved every minute of my stay at Jacob Samuel Boutique Hotel in Tel Aviv. This place is a hidden gem — located right on Dizengoff, it's in the perfect spot, walkable to everything yet still feels peaceful and tucked away. Honestly, unless you already knew it was a hotel, you might walk right past it — it's that lowkey and elegant. The scent when you walk in? Heavenly. The lobby smells like luxury spa vibes, and the entire space is spotless and beautifully designed. The rooms are stunning — super comfy, stylish, and well-appointed with everything you need. I slept like a dream. The staff here is truly next level. Attentive without being overbearing. I hadn’t checked in with them for a few days (because everything was perfect), and they actually called just to see if I needed anything. That kind of care is rare. The front desk is open 24/7, and every interaction I had was warm and professional. Special shoutout to the amazing woman who checked me in — my U.S. bank kept blocking the international charge, and I was this close to panic, thinking I might be left without a room. But she calmly split the total into smaller amounts so it wouldn't get flagged, and reassured me with total grace: “Don’t worry, we’ll figure something out.” She honestly saved me from a meltdown. I can't recommend this place enough. It’s stylish, welcoming, well-run, and incredibly comfortable. I’m already planning my return to Tel Aviv, and I won’t stay anywhere else. Jacob Samuel Boutique Hotel is it.
