An ink spring hotel! Comfortable rooms with quiet air conditioning, a very posh restaurant and a chance to breakfast at various local cafes. The staff were helpful even getting us water when they saw us come back from our run and the location is great- near the boutiques of Shenkin and the local markets but quiet and with a great sun terrace. Good to relax after seeing family and there’s also a bomb shelter which we fortunately did not need.

30cm shallow pool is not a swimming pool. Make sure your customers knows that. Take it off the amenities. Sorry it's just doesn't worth the extra payment. Rooms are small and not at high quality.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ink Hotel Tel Aviv and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff were truly exceptional. They greeted us warmly every time, made sure we always had everything we needed, and were happy to help us navigate the city. Their attentiveness and genuine kindness stood out and made our experience feel both personal and welcoming. The room itself was modern, thoughtfully designed, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, the shower felt luxurious, and we appreciated having everything needed for a cup of morning espresso. We also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the team for their support during an unexpected situation when the Iran conflict began and we were unable to return to the hotel. Their responsiveness, understanding, and willingness to help truly went above and beyond, and it brought us a great deal of comfort during a stressful time. Overall, it was an amazing stay, combining stylish accommodations with outstanding service. We’re very grateful and will absolutely stay here again.
This hotel deserves its great reviews. We were very impressed with the outstanding hospitality of the front desk, starting with the Russian-speaking young fellow (Vlad?) grabbing and carrying 3 of our suitcases when we arrived. They were also very helpful and accommodating when one member of our party got sick. The manager who was greeting guests at breakfast and offering everyone tea clearly sets the right tone. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the location - minutes walk from Carmel Market - is hard to beat.
A really nice hotel, very close to the Carmel Market and Alenby street. Service at check in was great and overall the hotel looks nice and new. The room i got was very very small, the water from the shower flooded my bathroom every time i took a shower. There is no Coffee machine (with milk) in the hotel which for me is basic. Water should be refilled in the room each day, not only on check in.
