The Hilton Tel Aviv is right by the sea, with Hilton Beach and Independence Park steps away, so you can walk to the beach, the promenade, and plenty of restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the sea view was a highlight. The staff were friendly and professional from check-in to checkout. Breakfast had a wide selection, and the rooftop pool is a nice bonus. Prices are on the higher side, as is usual in Tel Aviv, but the location and service make it worth it. Recommended for both business trips and getaways.

I think the best hotel in tel aviv. For families who looks wide service. But the shabat food not good
Having stayed at many hotels across Israel, Hilton Tel Aviv stands out for its professionalism, personal service and the strong sense of loyalty between staff and guests. It is not only the location or facilities that define this property but the consistency of its hospitality, which feels genuinely sincere and well established. Location & views The hotel is in a quiet elevated area in northern Tel Aviv surrounded by Independence Park. Despite the peaceful setting, access is extremely convenient. The beach is less than a minute away and the promenade allows beautiful walks all the way to Jaffa. The views are excellent from all rooms, especially the Jaffa-facing ones, which offer unforgettable Mediterranean sunsets. Check-in Check-in with Sava was highly professional and efficient. He immediately recognised returning guests and ensured a smooth arrival with a well-assigned room. Hilton Honors recognition is clearly a priority and benefits are applied without hesitation. Special mention goes to Raya for her warm and consistent friendliness and to Front Office Managers Ana and Shalev, who stand out for their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. Room The rooms are not brand new but very well maintained. Cleanliness and upkeep are clearly a priority and the housekeeping team does an excellent job. The highlight remains the view combining sea and city skyline. The room included thoughtful amenities, a welcome card and a personal touch that made the arrival feel special. The bed is very comfortable and the room offers everything expected such as a Nespresso machine, quality amenities and generous towels and bathrobes. Housekeeping supervisor Anna also personally checked in to ensure everything was perfect. Turndown service is offered and adds a premium touch rarely found in many hotels. Executive lounge The Executive Lounge on the 12th floor is a real highlight. Service from Queenie and Elon is consistently friendly and attentive and the food offering is well above average with afternoon snacks and a substantial evening selection including fish, pasta, salads, cheese and desserts plus a strong drinks menu. The Vista Lounge on the 17th floor offers even better views and a broader selection and is also open to children. Both lounges together make the upgrade well worth it. Facilities The lobby is iconic and the terrace offers one of the best sea views in Tel Aviv. The gym is well equipped with Technogym equipment and in excellent condition. The pool area is very well managed and Avi and his team deserve recognition for their calm and organised approach even during busy periods. Sunbeds are very comfortable with added mattresses and access is carefully controlled which creates a secure and relaxed environment. Breakfast Breakfast is a major highlight with a wide selection of fresh produce, fish, cheeses, salads, hot dishes and pastries. Both indoor and outdoor seating offer beautiful sea views. Service makes the experience even better. Raviv provides excellent coffee, Rowena offers a warm personal welcome and remembers guests quickly and Edi ensures the buffet and egg station run smoothly. Restaurant Dinner is also excellent with a wide buffet selection including fresh fish such as sashimi and tataki, premium cold cuts, beef fillet, and a large variety of salads and desserts that are both high quality and beautifully presented. A small improvement would be including sparkling water in the offering. Overall Hilton Tel Aviv is not a budget hotel but offers strong value for guests who appreciate service, consistency and recognition. What makes it special is not only the location or facilities but the people who create a genuine sense of hospitality. It is a hotel I will gladly return to and one that continues to set a very high standard for Hilton properties worldwide. A sincere compliment to the management for maintaining this level of service even in challenging times.
It’s a nice hotel, room smelled bad so they changed it but the next room was not clean at all, and there is no beach services only beach access
Team is most welcoming and with a can do attitude. The hotel is beautiful, comfy rooms, all rooms have balconies overlooking the Mediterranean. Most delicious breakfast, with a variety you wouldn't see anywhere. Love being here, will always come back when I'm in Israel
