Very nice and helpful staff, and huge thanks to Tamar for helping me with the surprise to my wife 🙏🏼 The room was very clean The breakfast was tasty, although the coffee machine didn’t worked on Saturday which was a little bit disappointing. Location is perfect. Overall very good experience 10/10 🍻
This is the second time we stayed at this hotel, and can’t wait to come back next year. The hotel looks brand new and is very clean. The location is on the middle of cool neighborhoods. They are kosher. And the gluten free croissant is simply the best my gluten sensitive hubby got anywhere, no joke! :)
Very nice and hospitable! Water in the fridge included - awesome bonus :) professional and nice men working on reception, small but tasty breakfast in a French style. Big and good room, champagne on birthday, we liked everything very much!
We had a perfect experience. Tamar was attentive and helped us with everything and stayed in continuous contact with us throughout the stay. The staff was amazing, warm, and professional. We lacked nothing and it actually exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly clean and tidy with attention to the smallest details. The hotel is in a stunning location just a minute from Park HaMesila, Levinsky Market, and the Carmel Market. Everything is within walking distance and it was simply the best Tel Aviv experience.
I came to stay, wounded, having a break in my ankle. The care and attention I received from all your team was beyond expectations. I can never thank the Elknonin Neve Tzedek staff enough for the experience I received. I had stayed previously when it first opened, and this is so much better. I booked directly with the hotel.
