We stayed for one night in room no 15 lobby floor. It was lovely not to have to use the lift. The room is extremely small with only one side table which is strange. There should definitely be a hook on the door to hang your coat or wet towels. Lovely little balcony nice coffee machine. Bed is small double but very comfortable. Would definitely stay again but in a more spacious room. Did not like having the sink in the bedroom.

Unprofessional is an understatement. The pool was closed with no warning, which was one of the main reasons we booked. The customer service was rude and completely unhelpful when we tried to get a solution. As for the "extra" paid for breakfast? It was sad, simple, and offered zero variety. You'll find a better meal at any convenience store. Will never stay again.

Overall disappointing experience - Not worth the cost. Room was very small, nicely designed, coffee machine wasn’t working and we had to ask twice to get it fixed, very bad value for money ($584!!). Pool was insanely packed without any room to enter. We tried sitting out the pool but we couldn’t get a drink as Pool bar had no one servicing it. Strange, disappointing experience as it felt the hotel has potential but just badly managed, overpromising and overcharging for its value.
