Reviews
This is an excellent hotel right on the ocean. The property is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food is excellent, and having a 7-Eleven nearby is convenient for anything else you might need.
The outdoor pool is beautiful and well cared for, and the gym is a great amenity. One of the hotel's standout features is its bikes and easy access to scenic local bike trails, making it easy to stay active while enjoying your vacation. If you're visiting Hualien, I highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel environment is nice and the staff is really friendly. They always greet you when you enter the lobby. The room is clean and comfortable. The price is reasonable as well. It is also close to the night market. Definitely a great place to stay if you visit Hualien 👍
It is the best stay I had in Taiwan - love the infinity pool with magnificent view of Pacific Ocean, and wonderful hospitality of the hotel staff as if you’re back home. The gym facility is also great. Plenty of choices for breakfast too. Excellent location to downtown or other scenic spots.
10 out of 10 and you can’t miss it you visit Hualien!
Everything was great. The rooms are spacious and clean, with harbor views, and the hotel has a nice vibe. The swimming pool was fabulous and the breakfast had a great variety and good quality. The staff was friendly. The only potential downside is the location, as it is a bit outside of Hualien City center. There are some restaurants and a 7-Eleven nearby though, and we had a car so we didn’t mind.
I had a really positive experience with Kadda Hotel in Hualien. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me with booking a taxi at short notice, including accommodating a large bicycle bag.
After struggling to get a response from my Airbnb host, the team at Kadda stepped in and made everything easy and stress-free. Their professionalism and willingness to help—even when I wasn’t staying there—really stood out.
It’s rare to come across that level of service, and I’m very grateful. Highly recommend Kadda Hotel for anyone visiting Hualien.
