It was the best tour we had while we were in Europe . Karim was knowledgeable, fun, and conscientious of our limitations. When you’re with a tour guide and at every one your stops he is greeted by other tour guides and friends. You know he is well respected and has been doing this for quite a while. I highly recommend him and his team and I look forward to going back to Morocco just to have him take us on other tours he was a 10 out of 10.

A great day out in tangier, very informative the car was very nice and clean Majit our guide was very friendly and informative. We also had a lovely breakfast/lunch in very clean restaurant and all had fun on the camel ride.

My day with Karim was unforgettable. My tour actually started the night before when I arrived on the ferry from Spain. Karim reached out to me and offered a transfer to my hotel. The next morning when he picked me up at the hotel, we started on our full day tour of Tangier. We visited the different neighborhoods and then toured the Kasbah and Medina and did some shopping throughout the many souks. Karim knows so many people and I got to try so many delicious foods like a variety of olives, dates with nuts and a pastilla filled with chicken. I ended up purchasing the most beautiful carpets and the experience was fun and easy and I had the most delicious mint tea as part of the experience. I took a Tangier day trip from Marbella by flight as a solo female traveler and felt completely safe during the tour. Hamiz, the tour guide, was wonderful and highly recommended. He knew everyone personally everywhere we went, which made the experience feel welcoming and authentic. Abdul, our driver, was professional and kind. We were met at the cruise port promptly with a comfortable van, driver and a lovely English speaking young woman named Jasmine She took us to several places and we had a yummy Moroccan breakfast overlooking the water. We had camel rides along the beach as then was escorted to the Casbah and Medina. It was a perfect educational and safe day. Do not hesitate to use them.

What a great experience! Karim was quick to reply to all questions ahead of time. We spent the morning touring the countryside with a small group which allowed us to avoid the big bus tours of ship passengers. We saw the lighthouse, the Strait of Gibralter, explored the city and medina/souks. Also included was an authentic breakfast with truly fresh squeezed OJ. The mint tea was divine. We also got to ride camels on the beach which was great. Majeed(?) Was a great tour leader. Loved the information and the details. I would highly recommend this tour!

What an amazing experience. Karim got in touch with us right after booking and verified with us everything we wanted to do. We spent the morning touring the countryside, this was great because we were able to avoid the big busses full of our cruise ship passengers. The camel ride was amazing, the light house, the straight of Gibraltar and the city was amazing. Showing was fun and eating breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this tour to everyone. We even had several elderly individuals who struggle with walking but this tour was no problem for them.

Karim gave me a tour of Tangier....the medina, the souks, the parks, the vistas. He is extremely knowledgeable (I had a notebook to keep track of all the amazing history he gave me), approachable and very kind. I can tell, also, that he is well liked and respected in the city. Karim is A PLUS He arranged our complete round trip private transportation, he handled ferry ticket vouchers as well. He met us at ferry terminal & we were off to see the incredible city of Tangiers ! He took us to a Moroccan restaurant for authentic breakfast, we stopped at one of the mosque’s to walk around, he took us to a large park for awesome views of Mediterranean Sea, there was camel ride on the beach, went inside the Hercules Cave which should not be missed & then we spent most of the afternoon shopping at several of the markets !! His driver was excellent too, provided cold bottled water & hand sanitizer too!! Karim was very generous to take NUMEROUS pictures of us 💕

Karim, the tour organizer, was totally on top of his game . He started reaching out to me well in advance and has fantastic organization and proactive management skills. The semi-private tour I did was just me and a lovely couple from Canada. The guide and driver were both amazing. The guide was very informative, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. We saw and experienced so many amazing things in Tangier. If you happen to be arriving on a cruise, do not book the ship shore excursion. Book this tour and you will have a truly wonderful experience without the masses of people. I highly recommend!

Amazing tour, was sorry we didn't have more time. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and fun. The historical sites and scenic stops were very impressive. He looked out for us in the markets to make sure what we were being charged was the price we negotiated. He took us to an incredible local restaurant with wonderful Moroccan cuisine and music. Exceptional in every way is the best way to sum up our experience with Karim. From the moment I started speaking with him prior to our arrival, I knew we were in the best hands. Karim planned everything for us and made our time in Morocco so enjoyable. He is vey knowledgeable and fun to talk with. We got to see all of Tangier in comfort. I highly encourage anyone who wants the best experience to book with Karim at Petito Tours. We decided to extend our trip in Tangier to two nights. Karim booked the most beautiful riad for us to stay in. He even order our first lunch for us so we didn’t miss tasting the best Moroccan food. We also had a wonderful driver and guide, Farid on our second day to spend a few hours in Chefchaouen. Farid was also extremely knowledgeable. Karim met us back in Tangier that day where we all enjoyed a meal together. My husband and I were so impressed with the level of service throughout our stay.

We drove through the city and stopped at all the wonderful sites, with photo opportunities all day (Karim is an excellent photographer). From the moment we met Karim, we instantly fell in love with him. He really knows people and he really knows how to customize and make a trip special. He’s the unofficial mayor of TANGIER and everybody smiles and waves in the Kasbah and they greet him with hugs and high praise. He took us to see things we couldn’t see on our own and the things that were popular he took us to the front of the line. Lots of laughs and hugs and a friend for life.

Most enjoyable tour. Everyone spoke English well and were quick to answer all questions. Karim and Ali are both exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and outgoing. The Tangiers tour was quite comprehensive, interesting and gave us an understanding of the wonderful culture of Morocco. The camel ride was a bucket list item for us and a lot of fun. He arranged a tour guide and driver who met us at the Tangier train station. Our guide for the day was Majid. His love of Tangier and Morocco was very evident as we toured the countryside and the city itself. He was extremely knowledgeable about Tangier and its place in history and shared many interesting facts and stories. All in all it was a fabulous day in a beautiful city.

Had a great time on our tour! Got to see local places as well as the tourist attractions in the area. The tour was flexible for what we wanted to see and do. When our ferry got cancelled for weather, Karin made sure we got tickets for the next one and made sure we were comfortable while we waited. Safe and fun way to see Morocco!

Karim not only gave us an excellent walking tour, but he also came back with a driver the next day when we asked if we could see more of Tangier including some sites we had heard about. Really appreciate how quickly he made that happen for us as we were only there for a short time!

Karim had four American women to herd and he did a beautiful job. We saw all that we wanted to and even got lots of shopping in! He even called an assistant to carry our bags! Now thats service!! He grew up there so he is well known and certainly well loved. We felt safe and protected the entire time. I don’t think any of us would go back without Karim by our side. He just MADE the trip.

We spent about 6 hours touring Tangier with our guide, Karem. He was lovely and so knowledgeable about the city and its history. I also think he knows everyone town. 😁 Prior to going to Tangier, I did my research on the historic areas of the city which was part of our walking tour. But, Karem showed us a Tangier that we did not know about and would have never experienced but for him. It gave us a wider appreciation for all the city is and what it offers. When we return to Tangier we will engage Karem again and explore Morocco a little farther away from the city - specifically Chefchaouen.

Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and the driver was so kind! Day started off with a beautiful breakfast and then jet setting around town to see the sites. The organizer of the tour reached out a week in advance to see if we needed any help guiding our way across the ferry from Spain which was incredibly helpful!

Hanging out with Karim and his associates was like spending a day with your friends. They turned the day into laugh aloud fun while seeing Tangiers, Hercules Caves, taking in views of the coast, and (my favorite) the camel ride on the beach. Their tour hit all the high points and experiences of the area. I switched hotels to Karim's recommendation and was so glad I did. He arranged airport transfers that were on time, extremely professional, and reasonably priced. My shopping tour was customized to my preferences and I had a blast as well as coming home with some beautiful souvenirs. I'm a senior female solo traveler and felt completely comfortable and safe. We were so fortunate to have Abu spend the day with us and share so many aspects of Tangier. We loved every minute from the mint tea and snacks at the light house to the camels on the beach, fabulous lunch and time in the Medina. Karim and his team are top notch. We were in and out of Tangiers in less than a day. During that time, Karim and his team gave us a full experience that left us with the true flavor and magic of Morocco and Tangiers. Karim knows Tangier, has friends everywhere, and knows what guests and tourists are looking for (even if they themselves don’t). He fees are fair and his a charismatic and hard working fella. No real need to look further if you want a top notch guide in Tangiers.

Karim and his crew are the best! I was nervous about visiting Morocco given the language barrier and different culture, but they made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The tour was excellent and very personalized. I highly recommend them.

This is a bit lengthy, so bear with me. Karim was super flexible and accommodating to us. We arrived shortly after noon on Thursday with the idea of doing a little exploring on our own first, but Karim offered to start our tour on Thursday so that not only could we enjoy the markets before many of them closed on Friday in observance of the Muslim Sabbath,, but also so we wouldn't be rushed to catch our ferry back to Spain. It worked out beautifully! While I've actually lived in third world countries previously and know how light-skinned Westerners are often hounded and know how to handle it, we still very much appreciated Karim and his "bodyguard" (Karim, if you see this, please remind us of his name) keeping them away from us so we could enjoy the experience more fully. The walk through the narrow alleyways, which included several homes and a Jewish synagogue -- fantastic and very fascinating. We appreciated that Karim saw to it that we didn't have to walk to the top, but rather, drove us there because of my wife's difficulty in walking uphill -- despite restrictions that were in place at the time. The camel ride on the beach -- what fun! It wasn't just a little five minute ride, either. We went for a kilometer or more (at 6/10 of a mile). On Friday, Karim took us to a breakfast place that wasn't even on the agenda for a traditional Moroccan breakfast. The lunch place that was on the agenda was also awesome. The markets -- boy did that take me back to similar markets that I frequented many years ago! It was fun to show my wife what they're like. Very lively! Finally, the carpet sellers. We had a marvelous time -- my wife more so than me because she bought some items! (just kidding - I love what she bought). Everything we purchased arrived at our home sooner than we expected. which was a nice bonus. Awesome refreshments, too. But don't feel obligated to buy, but feel free to be severely tempted!! We simply had a day and a half that we will never forget!.
