Amazing tour with this group! Our guide, Jasmine, was very knowledgeable and extremely accomodating for our tour. She explained all of the sites in great detail and answered everyone's questions clearly. Our tour van was in great condition and easy on and off at each tour stop. Very highly recommend this tour group.

This was a superb way to see all that Tangiers has to offer. We were met by Yasmin and we agreed some subtle tweaks to the agenda which made the trip even more special. The activities, stories and personal perspectives made the trip super special. The practical side of things was also 5* - a new vehicle, cold drinks and brilliant food recommendations.

Our private tour was absolutely amazing! Karim picked us up from our hotel right on time and gave us the perfect mix of city sightseeing, local culture, and beautiful nature. He took us to authentic local spots where we were able to try different foods and drinks, which made the experience feel personal and special. Karim was incredibly attentive throughout the entire tour and even brought cold waters for us. He also recommended an amazing hammam, which we loved. The camel ride was such an enjoyable and memorable part of the day. This tour was one of the highlights of our trip and an absolute must for anyone visiting the area. While staying in Tarifa, Spain we decided to take a day trip to Tangier. We booked a private guide with Karim and the experience was even greater than expected. Karim knew a lot of history about Tangier and Morocco in general. He explained everything very well and had great recommendations. Ahead of our trip, Karim got in touch with us to ask about our interests regarding the markets, history, food, places we wanted to see and so on. He made sure we had everything in order before we went and sent us a checklist to follow to make our travel as easy as possible. Karim was overall very kind, helpful, funny and respectful in every sense. He kindly explained the customs and traditions in Tangier/Morocco, which was great for us since none of us had been before. When we got off the boat, he waited for us with a sign of our name which made it easy to locate him. Furthermore, Karim fixed all the practical matters, for instance our driver and places to eat, based on our wishes. This made our experience very smooth. Overall, we highly recommend a visit to Tangier and a tour with Karim! We would absolutely do this again:)

My time in Tangier was nothing short of magical, and I owe it in big part to Karim. After exploring the city with him on a Monday, the experience resonated so deeply that I didn’t hesitate to book a second, more extended tour with him later in the week. As a native of the Kasbah, he knows its winding corridors by heart, effortlessly guiding a group of friends and me through the labyrinth while opening doors to trusted artisans, merchants and hidden corners I never would have found on my own. From camel rides along the coast on Achakkar Beach to quiet moments in Parc Perdicaris, from the stunning panoramic views of Cap Spartel to the mythic depths of Hercules Cave, every stop felt thoughtfully chosen. Along the way, I sipped mint tea, learned about Berber rugs and traditional oils, admired beautiful scarves and experienced moments that felt authentic, timeless and deeply rooted in Moroccan tradition. What sets Karim apart is not only his knowledge but also his spirit. He shared the history, culture and soul of Morocco with pride and warmth, offering context to every view and meaning to every stop. Through his stories, Tangier revealed itself not just as a destination, but as a place alive with memory and heart. By the end of my second tour, Karim no longer felt like a guide, but like family — he is a true cultural ambassador who transformed my visit into something lasting. If you want more than sightseeing, if you want to truly feel Tangier, I cannot recommend Karim highly enough.

This was a great way to experience the amazing city of Tangier. The driver Abdul and guide Yasmine are both locals and have grown up in the city- they were well informed and explained to us in good English the history of the city. They made stops long enough for us to soak in the various places they took us to. We saw the following places and absolutely loved each of them: Mosque, Cap Spartel, caves of Hercules, confluence of the 2 oceans. We were taken to a nice restaurant for refreshing mint tea. We walked through the beautiful Kasbah, streets of the Medina and did some shopping in the Petite Socco. We then had lunch at a traditional place which was excellent. Throughout the day, they made us feel comfortable and let us do things at our own pace. The tour operator Karim was also very communicative and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We will gladly recommend this place to our friends and family.

The team at Patito was incredible from booking to execution! Karim and team were engaged and intent on making our Tangier experience as perfect as humanly possible. They communicated early on, offered a number of great options and we cooperatively arrived at an itinerary that checked all of our boxes and did not feel rushed. Jasmine, our guide, was wonderful! So knowledgeable and proud to show us all the details that made the city special, which we took to heart. We will certainly be back and would love to have our family and friends experience Karim and Jasmine’s Tangier. We also hear Patito has offerings throughout Morocco and will likely take them up on those in the future! Could not recommend an experience more highly!

We booked this trip rather than the cruse ship tour. Despite being initially rather dubious about camel riding, we all had a great time and it was one of the highlights. Unlike the big groups we had the beach to ourselves- just the four of us and the very jolly camel man. Decent ride along the beach for about 20min. The Cape Spartel tower entrance wasn't included in the price but we thought it was worth doing- you get to climb the tower and the views were great. We didn't bother going into Hercules caves as it looked very comercialised. Majid was a great guide and very knowledgeable and we had a very enlightening tour of the old town Medina, Kasbah and Souk. Pick up and drop off from the port was very easy and the car very comfortable and well driven. All in all we would thoroughly recommend this company.

Hamza met our group at the cruise pier holding a sign with our name on it, couldn't have been easier. We loaded up in a nice Mercedes van and started our tour. Hamza was willing to tailor the tour to what we wanted. We saw many of the highlights of Tangier and rode the camels. We stopped at a wonderful hilltop restaurant for a snack break. Overall excellent tour! Hamza was very professional.

Fellow cruisers who took the Celebrity Excursions and paid more money for their excursions than us and saw less. They were in a van, and the guide pointed out churches but they just saw the outside. They could not even stop to take photos. They went to the market and were hounded by vendors. The whole trip was rush, rush. Our tour guide, Majid and our driver, Mohamed, were fantastic. They met us at the port and led to a Mercedes van, and off we went. Majid gave us information about Tangier, the various religions, history and cultures of the city. They drove to sites and explained their importance and history. We actually did ride the camels, and admit going across the desert would not be our first choice.. None of us on the bus felt we were rushed from site to site. They gave us time to experience the sites, the market, and stopped for free green tea on the tour. Two people wanted to go to Starbucks to get a cup, and they took us. Majid offered lunch, but only one couple wanted lunch, so they drove us back to the port and went back and picked them up after. They charge a lot for what they offer.

Hamza was great to work with. He was very professional and explained everything in a clear and easy way. We did a private half day tour and really enjoyed it. We skipped the camels because it was raining, but that was our choice. He was very accommodating and made the whole experience simple and comfortable. I’d book with him again.

Tangier Patito Tours it’s a well organized and trusted tour company. We booked our tour with just a day prior arriving to Tangier, and Karim reached out asking what we wanted for our experience. Our tour guide was Majid and our driver Abdul. They picked us up (on time) at our hotel. Majid was extremely knowledgeable, very kind and friendly. Everyone knows him, he is a legend. Abdul did an excellent job driving. He was very kind and always kept our bus cool (it was a very hot day) and provided water. We felt safe all the time. The people of Tangier are so friendly and love their city. We like to travel and we have taken other tours with other companies all over the world, Tangier Patito Tours exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend it!

The tour was amazing! Both our driver and guide were so nice. Our guide was very knowledgeable and explained every detail of where we were and where we were going. The trip was personalized to our liking as we don’t do much shopping. The Camels were definitely the highlight of our trip! Such a beautiful country, it left us wanting to come back and see more!

Karim was very responsive, helpful and attentive when I booked the Tangier tour for myself and my 10 year old twins. As a private tour, it was totally customizable to do what we wanted to do, and go where we wanted to spend time. We didn’t want to ride camels, but saw the beach where they do. We aren’t ones to shop and buy stuff, but we loved seeing the markets, walking the Medina, and seeing how local people live. Our guide Farid was very knowledgeable about history, culture, architecture, and customs, which we love so we learned way more than our brains could retain. Prior to the tour, Karim was very communicative and proactive to make sure he offered what we wanted. We met him at one of our stops, and he was very fun and personable. I highly recommend working with him!

We were traveling on a cruise and looking for a private/small group tour in Tangier at the last minute. Our family group of 6 adults were led by the fantastic guide Karim on a tour throughout the Kasbah and the Medina. Karim knew everyone along the way and pointed out historical facts, introduced us to shop keepers and colorful characters, serious rug sellers, herb and spice experts, taking us through hidden gems of Tangier. Karim was wonderful and highly recommended as a guide in this fascinating historical city. We stayed at a historic boutique hotel in the Kasbah (Dar Sultan) and recommend that too!

We are usually independent travelers, and do our research and planning ahead. However, this time we landed up in Tangiers for a couple of days without any planning or background. We arrived early afternoon and asked our hotel to recommend a guide, and only a few minutes later we were talking to Karim. His English was excellent and he was enthusiastic. A short while later he was at our hotel and ready to show us his city. He is very knowledgeable and has his history down cold! Didn't miss a beat. He kept our tour moving with lots of history and helpful tips for us to orient ourselves, He respected our choices when it came to seeing and experiencing the city (no shopping).. He recommended a restaurant for dinner. After the tour, he texted and made recommendations for our next day. He let us know that if we needed any help, he was easy to reach. We followed his suggestions on our own the following day and had a wonderful day. Karim checked back to see how it went. The afternoon tour was informative, engaging, and good value. I highly recommend Karim.

My friends and I recently visited Tangier while on a cruise. We were so fortunate to have Karim as our tour guide! He safely escorted us around the city in an air conditioned shuttle with a driver, and showed us so many beautiful places. We were able to sightsee, shop and learn about this special place. Excellent tour of Tangier! I enjoyed learning about the historic background and modern lifestyle of this city. Over breakfast I had a lovely conversation about the traditional music of Morocco. Abu, the guide, speak excellent English. He has deep knowledge about the history and geography of the city. My wife forgot her purse in a restaurant in the middle of the way. Abu went back after the end of the tour and arrange a taxi to bring us. It’s very kind of him. Tanger is such a charming city Our private car is brand new.

I spent the entire afternoon with 3 amazing people who have become like family . Hassan was great with the history of the places he took me to great photographer and was patient about explaining the details of the place, Karim is such a wonderful & warm hearted person . The day was tailored to what I wanted to see . Although he had a busy schedule ahead, he carried my bags to the station waited until I got my tickets and boarded the train. Abdul treated me like a queen , opened doors and also had a cute sense of humor . It never felt like I was travelling with 3 strangers. An over all great experience! Definitely recommend them.

If you only have time to take one tour while in Tangier, you must book one with Karim and his crew. Our guide was Hassan “Coca Cola”, and he not only did a great job as a guide, but he was very knowledgeable about Tangier and it’s history. The highlights were going on the a camel ride on the beach, and visiting the Cave of Hercules. They also recommended a good place for a traditional Moroccan dinner called Hamadi, delicious. So book the tour with confidence of a great time, and be sure to request Hassan.

Our experience was excellent, especially by the knowledge and charisma of our guide Jasmine. She showed us the main points of the city, told us about the history of each place and let us feel good about where to spend more time on our visit. Her English is perfect and our communication was very quiet. The driver also behaved very well, as did Karim, the owner of this tourism company in Tangier, who made the initial contact.

We are a group of three friends who enjoyed a wonderful afternoon shopping in the medina with Bilal as a guide. He is a very nice boy, very polite and with a lot of knowledge of the medina, he told us that he was born there. He helped us at all times to look for everything we wanted to buy, even took us some bag so that we were not so loaded. An endearing person who made will spend our time very quickly...
