Excellent tour of tangier. Communications and pick up very good. After a slight misunderstanding that was rapidly sorted by them it was excellent. All the major spots and comfortably back to ship on time. I would highly recommend them
This sounds like one tour in the description however it is actually two distinct parts. There is a driver taking you to the cave and the cap. He is not really a tour guide although he shared some information and was very pleasant. Following that is the tour guide for the Medina and the museums. We were asked to change our tour time to accommodate a cruise ship, ie they booked other tours with the cruise ship. We did accommodate the request by changing the time however that meant we missed some of our afternoon tour. We had already had an amazing food tour in the Medina the day before so we felt like we had experienced that. We made the best of it however people using this tour should know it's two distinct tours. If you are asked to change it to the afternoon, consider that you may not get all of your afternoon tour time in. The tour operator should not have double booked two tours during this time. That was the main problem. They offered to give us money back after the event however I don't want to deprive the tour guides of their pay.
We had a great experience going to all the tourist attractions in Tangier. Our guide, Nassera El Haskouri was very welcoming, kind and made our experience great. We highly recommend Nassera as our guide!!

We were picked up by Abdul from the cruise port, he started taking us some sights, after an hour and a half, he tells us he’s taking us for lunch and then to meet our guide… we said thought you were our guide, he said no, I am just your driver , we will meet your guide after lunch…we were supposed to have a guide for 5 hours… he dropped us in the old city, down cobblestone steps deeper and deeper into small alleys… we had no idea what was going on… another man greeted us halfway and told us we are eating at his restaurant… it was only 11:30am and we had just been on the tour for an hour and a half… it was very sketchy… the driver left us and told us he’ll be back in an hour to pick us up and take us to the guide… the food was inedible and we had to pay $120 for this food we never wanted nor did we eat. The driver picked us back us and we ended the tour and told him to take us back… we paid for a 5h tour with a guide and only toured for an hour and half looking at views with a driver. Pathetic
Really nice tour. Our guide was very informative and helpful. We saw the most important places in Tangier and had a delicious lunch at a traditional restaurant.

Was looking for a private ride to the Chefchaouen. Got that and so much more! Was greeted on time and with a smile! Felt safe and knew I was in great hands with Hamza. He gave me a little tour of Tangier before our journey out to Chefchaouen. Great music and conversation to help pass the time... When arrived he made sure I was at my hostel before leaving! Traveled from Detroit Michigan to visit my plant in Tangier. Flew into Rabat and instead of taking the train to Tangier I chose this private taxi. Overall 5 stars 10/10. On time. Driver Spoke English. Cold water waiting. Safe driving. Highly recommend.
