Beware if you take this tour, do not allow them to take you to the Youssef El-Qorby “ spice market”! You will be victims of the hard sell smoke and mirrors attack! They will just start putting various spices from the display together in a pan, then grind them up put them in a bag and ask youhow much you want to buy repeatedly - then they weigh up what you inquire about on a scale ask for your credit card do not give it and then charge you a horrendous amountof dollars for maybe 8 to 10 ounces of spices. The confusion comes with regard to what did the scale say and what was the currency which you’re going to pay I asked about what itwould be in euros and I finally had to say would it be about €18 I didn’t get a yes or a no, but they rang it up and short enough we paid approximately $180 US for 8 ounces of spices and a small amount of smelling salts! Live and learn, however I hope you will all learn from what I lived! Again, beware beware beware🙏🏻

The description is not accurate which is why we gave a 3. So a breakdown: The tour says from Tarifa to Tangiers. There is nowhere on the site that says "ferry ticket not included," nor the times to buy the tickets, nor the link, nor the information that you should arrive an hour before departure. A simple phrase that says: Ferry ticket round trip tickets are not included in the price of the tour. Go to this site to buy them (www...) with departure time of 9am and return ticket at 5pm. Your tour guide will be waiting for you in the terminal on the Tangiers side. We will communicate with you a few days prior to the tour in case you want to discuss different times. If this were in the description, it would have made more sense, would have been clear, and we would have avoided 3 days of hassle back and forth. We bought the ferry tickets the night before and arrived at 8:45 and were rushed on board, and we had to stand for the duration of the crossing just to get our passports stamped on the ferry immigration kiosk. Finally, made it to Tangiers where "Fonz" was waiting for us with my name as promised. This is where it got better. Fonz and our driver (comfy SUV) took us all over Tangiers, from the pretty palaces to the older parts, public parks filled with locals, a lot of interesting history and a few stops along the way. Then the camel ride on the beach. AMAZING!!! And much longer than I expected. That was so fun and our camel guide (small extra tip for him) was all smiles and took great pics from our cameras). It was about 2 hours into the tour, after the camels, that we finally got a small bottle of water. That's a long time. The ride back into town was nice and Fonz took us to many great shops of his friends. He was very well known and super friendly with everyone. Then it was lunch. A place where it seemed all the bus tours brought their guests to eat. A nice sample of authentic Moroccan food. Oh, we got no breakfast. So we thought the meal was now part of the trip. NOPE. 20 euros each for the meal which was not included in the price. That knocked the score back down. Fonz was a great guide, the food was good, and the camel ride made it for me. Just very poor description.
Good guides showed me the medina and introduced me to the people in the city and the market. Very fun experience and got to know the people of morocco and feel like a local
Worst tour ever We have taken mini tours with this company, and they have always been very good This felt like a scam and a sales pitch the entire Our tour guide stayed on the phone the entire time of our tour I emailed viator almost 2 weeks ago about this and have yet to get a response from them Barry disappointed all around
We had a fabulous tour with great guides. Omar took great care of us all. From the history of the town to all the fabulous stops. Everything went smoothly from the ferry ride over and back to Spain again. I would recommend this tour !!!
A tour with a guide is an amazing experience! The guide provided insightful information, making the tour both educational and entertaining. They were knowledgeable about the area and its history, which added depth to the tour. Overall, it was a fantastic way to explore and learn more about the destination. We recommend everyone to go here
This guy is Awesome! Our tour went very well. Mouha is very kind and knows the right places with the best views and the real vibe of marocco, where you can feel the cultre. Still thank you Mouha! The best in town ✌🏻
My husband and I were accompanied buy our tour guide Mohssine, he was absolutely amazing! He had endless knowledge about Tangier, and his passion for it was infectious. We visited the old medina, visited various souks, cafe’s, walked around the narrow alleyways and had lunch at a beautiful restaurant (Vandalucia). Great food and service and the place was beautiful. Mohssine then arranged a taxi for us to go and visit the Cap Malabata Lighthouse which is close by to the point where the Mediterranean meets the Atlantic which was very cool. After the we headed to the Hercules Caves, I was able to capture the ‘Map of Africa’ shot from inside the cave which is a beautiful sight, well worth visiting!! I would recommend Mohssine for this tour, he really was fantastic! Gemma & Kevin
The tour guide (Mohsinne) was so friendly and helpful. From the first day that we met him, we felt safe and comfortable with him. He showed us around the beautiful Kasbah in Tangier. He is very knowledgeable about the area and have excellent suggestions for restaurants and shops.
Mohcine was so helpful with showing us around the Old Medina and market places in Tangier! We got to experience things that we definitely would not have been able to do like seeing the public ovens and trying fresh bread. We had so much fun that we decided to continue our journey to the Cave of Hercules and Cap Spatter. I definitely recommend this tour for anyone visiting Tangier for the first time:)
Honestly such an amazing experience, I only had one day in Tangier and I felt like they wanted to show me everything and they really did. The best day and the best guides!
Greatly recommended. True secrets of Tangier has been shown. It’s very pleasant. I had the opportunity to attend private tour.

I did't expect to cover soo much ground and with Mouha I did with ease. The group I was in was accommodating and friendly, actuallly all of Tangier was. Nonetheless I had a blast it was my single most favorite tour to date. Highly recommend you take this tour to experience tangier when you first arrive, you will learn a lot
Excellent English! So fun, I’d highly recommend if you’re in the area! He showed me great restaurants, markets, everything I was looking for on my trip and was so warm to me and my son. A+++++
Great tour experience! Showed me around and made me feel at home! Highly recommend if you have the chance!
We met Mouha the moment we left our Riad on the first day we were in Tangier. I was very hesitant to immediately get trapped into a guide and we set our boundaries before we agreed to walk with him. Mouha is a very nice, charismatic person and we felt very comfortable with him. We did learn a lot about the Kasbah and Medinas and appreciated his knowledge of Tangier. He did take us into some shops and restaurants, and while we felt a bit of pressure to buy things, I do think he took us to places we may not have found on our own and the experience we had in those places was very cool. I don't know if he is an illegal guide, but we really enjoyed spending time with him. I wish we could have said thank you to him one more time as we ended up having a strange encounter with him and a so-called "legal" guide, so if you are reading this, Mouha - thank you!
Got to see a lot in one day! Very friendly and knows how to guide a great tour. If you’re here for a short time he knows how to get you through the city!
Gave very friendly tour of Tangier, we saw a ton of views and got great pictures. We couldn’t have gotten around like this without him.
excellent tour and experience from the guides. would come back and also recommend. they will show you a great time.
Super expérience with Mohsine in Tangier ! He show us everything we have to see in the city and surroundings and take care of everything. Thx to him we had great moments in places I would never have found alone and last but not least Mohsine is really kind !
An amazing tour around the medinas! Mohsin is very informative and so so polite. He’ll help you throughout the way by carrying bags and even making deals with sellers so we didn’t pay too much. Not to mention he saved us from pocket pickers! Thank you Mohsin!!! You are amazing!
I was fortune enough to have met Mouha at the door of the kasbah, otherwise I would have walked around aimlessly not knowing where to go and what to look for. Mouha gave me an amazing tour of the old and new Medina, the inside and outside of the walls, provided a great brief history of the both the Kasbah and the Medina. He showed me the Berber markets as well. I was also taken on a tour of the Hercule’s cave and took some amazing pictures. I strongly recommend a tour with Mouha if you are ever in Tangier.
To all visiting Tangier, Mohssin and Omar are amazing guides who will take care of you while staying in beautiful Morocco!! Do not miss the blue city! My wife and I had an amazing time and most importantly we made friends for life! We look forward to our next trip back to Morocco!! Jo and Claudia
It was a very nice day with Mouha . He took us to many beautiful places like Kasbah , Old Medina ... Also he took us to a Moroccan restaurant and we ate Tajine . The foods were really very delicious . I really really enjoyed my day with Mouha
Fabulous tour to discover Tangier in all its splendor and comfort! We recommend this tour 100%!
Even though the weather was not good, we visited the places and finished the route, took photos and ate in a restaurant with typical Moroccan food. We just missed a little sun.
We really enjoyed Medhi's company!! It couldn't be more kind and friendly!!! He showed us all the corners of a magical city...incredible
Taoumi provided an amazing tour of Tangier and surrounding areas. He is warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. It was easy to take the ferry from Tarifa to Tangre. A fabulous day adventure, local cuisine for lunch and unforgettable memories.
