The tour was awesome. We rode through the beautiful lush green hills. Then we experienced riding camels on the warm beautiful beaches. The walk from the ship to the city gate is very long so be prepared.

The first part of the tour, our tour guide didn’t speak any English. He was a nice enough young man, but did nothing more than drive us around. The second part of the tour, our guide did speak English very well & was very informative, but the end of tour the guide takes you to a marketplace were they try to get you to buy expensive stuff which the guide gets a commission on. I wouldn’t recommend this tour.
Our trip to Tangier was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized and enjoyable. The city is full of history, culture, and breathtaking views. We explored the Medina, visited the Kasbah, and learned so much about Moroccan traditions. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing the beauty of Tangier. The local food was delicious, and every stop offered something unique and memorable. We especially loved the stunning views where the Mediterranean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean. This tour exceeded all our expectations and gave us an authentic experience of Tangier. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Morocco. Five stars for an amazing day full of culture, history, and wonderful memories!
This is a great, private, jam-packed day tour. We arrived by cruise ship and walked about 10minutes to the mosque tower meeting point.... Very easy to walk to and find. Our guide, Mohamed, had a sign with my name and greated us warmly. Our Mercedes minivan was spacious enough for 6, even though we were only 3 people. We were offered bottle water right away, which was wonderful. We drove through various areas and stopped at picturesque locations. The lighthouse area, Cap Spartel, had a small vendor area to buy souvenirs. And to see where the Atlantic meets the Mediterranean sea is amazing. The highlight of the day was our camel ride on the beach. We did have to take stairs down from the parking lot, so be aware if you have mobility issues. But the ride was en experience of a lifetime. A picturesque walk through old town. Then a Moroccan carpet presentation is beautiful and they are very proud of their industry and ability to ship worldwide. Just a little difficult with prices when you want to see but are they in a price point you are comfortable paying? Really beautiful to look at the carpets tho. The spice market was more of an apothecary store and presentation. Interesting local products and a beautiful store. We were taken to a local lunch spot for authentic Moroccan food. (Not included in the tour price). A heavenly meal and lots of choices... Lamb, chicken and fish. Off to the Kasbah or fortress. A quick photo opportunity, then back to the ship. A great introduction to Tangier, Morroco. You get a little bit of everything all in a private tour. I highly recommend enjoying this tour.
We visited Tangier during our cruise stop and booked the 4-hour private tour with mouha. It was the best decision we made. He met us directly at the port, showed us the highlights of Tangier, and made sure we returned to our ship on time. Professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended for cruise passengers!"
"Absolutely worth over minute and avary penny Everything was smooth, walglanned, and enjoyable. Ported for argone who wanta a stress free and memoratie day in Tangier"
The tour was very nice we seen all the side of the beauty of Tangier the guide was very nice and communication with him was very easy and most of all we felt comfortable
Very good tour, very interesting, very funny, nice market, nice camel, nice medina, nice food, all amazing, fantastic
Not good. We have been in contact with viator and we are expecting our 50% refund. Once we have that we will add review.
The tour guides looked after us all day. They collected us from the port and took us back to the port. They made us feel safe. We toured everywhere the lighthouse, Hercules Cave, had Morroccon tea, rode a camel on the beach and had a walking tour of the Mediana with time for shopping. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend
This was a terrible tour. I would not recommend this tour to anyone!!! The driver was just there to get us to the tour guide. He was not helpful at all. The tour guide when we finally got to him was only interested in getting us to spend money. He spent most of his time greeting friends and talking on his phone.
Our tour guide took us to the famous sights and it was a van of just our party of four. It didn’t feel as rushed at stops like ship’s excursions. Although it picks up outside gate once ship docks but not too far to walk. I loved the tour through the streets by our 2nd guide Medhi / there are some steps involved, and neat building some dating back to 1300’s and one was year 500 - almost like a cave. There was opportunity to shop and I bought gifts for friends at reasonable prices. The tour also took us to an authentic restaurant where we were served without ordering five courses from bread and dips to soup and chicken - fruit for dessert … be sure to bring cash and ask how much before the meal. We fortunately had enough to pay but had no idea if cost prior or that we couldn’t use credit card. Our driver Asis was super fun and took us to cliff over looking the port and we could see our ship in the distance as well, as the home, business and summer home if the King. All very impressive ! There many cats on the streets, I wanted to adopt them all. The cave was neat and I loved petting the camels that our friends rode in the beach. All in all, a fantastic day!
They were really helpful, showed us around medina and took us to some beautiful shops for Moroccan skincare and souvenirs. Also took us to local dinner place and ordered authentic food for us.
A must for a perfect day in Morocco! One of the best days of our travel lives. Tangier, Morocco was a beautiful place to visit. The history, the clean and beautiful cities, the aromas of fresh blooming flowers, spices and perfumes, the delicious food and all the fun we had with our guide, Mehdi and our driver...made the day perfect. We really enjoyed riding camels along the beach and getting to eat Moroccan food. Ali was the perfect guide... informative, patient, personable, FUN, and i could tell well loved in the community. Mehdi and the driver made our time in Morocco so enjoyable, we want to return for a visit. I even learned a few words in Arabic. I would highly recommend.
I had an amazing experience and great guided tour in Tangier day trip with Mo Mo he's was exceptionally helpful and full of knowledge of every area we visited, medinas to seafood restaurant to hiden gems only local people would know about, he looked after me and I had an amazing fun fact packed day I would highly recommend booking this day trip to anyone looking for a 1 2 1 guided tour of Tangier 10/10 experience Thank you Mo Mo
My sister and I thought we would be able to navigate our way around Morocco and see the things we had in mind. The streets are beautiful but are narrow and winding. Thanks to MoMo, we were able to see some main points with the short amount of time we had in Tangier for the day. He showed us a collective market where rugs were made and sold, beautiful shops with handmade items that were not tourist traps, and let us know what a fair price was for items while shopping. He also took us to a local restaurant where we enjoyed local food with a beautiful view. Pricing for the tour was very fair and the guide was a joy to spend time with k very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to get the most out of your experience in Tangier!
Great Medina tour with Mehdi and very friendly. Highly recommended! Camels, 🐪, 🏖️ a dream! I advise you to go in group!
