Unfortunately, our overall stay was disappointing, especially given the euro 410/n price paid for a junior terrace suite in a hotel presented as 5-star. Cons: - Only one small 33cl water bottle /person provided in the room - no drinking glasses in the room - inconsistent housekeeping service: no towels in the bathroom on day 2; turn-down service done on only one side of the bed, no water on day3 in fitness room. Much due to inadequately trained staff - No Pool service: no pool staff, no towels readily available, no bar service. For every basic request, we had to go to reception and then wait — often for a long time. - Breakfast area dirty and heavily congested between 7 & 9am with no clean tables available requiring us to wait until 9:40am to get a clean set table. (All due to hotel being understaffed and having accomodated a 200 person event group during our 3n stay). We repeatedly had to ask for clean serving spoons for cereals, yoghurt and fruit. The buffet area was in very poor hygienic condition. Espresso cups were unavailable, and when my wife asked for one, the chef instructed her to kneel down on the dirty floor to take a large mug from the bottom shelf — completely unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. - Overpriced in-room dining (€15 for a sandwich, €25 for a burger, …). - No actual accessible beach, (even if hotel advertises as “Spa and Beach”): when we walked from the hotel towards the ocean, we had to pass a locked gate and found ourselves on a dirty, garbage-strewn passage between the hotel and the sea. - The more expensive terraced suite rooms face 2 padel courts, brightly iluminated until midnight and occasionally noisy. They are flanked by a new construction site which has been noisy on weekdays Pros • Spacious junior suite. • Good view if you have a terrace. • Sufficient outdoor parking. • Spacious and decently equipped fitness room. • tasty welcome biscuits. • At breakfast, the omelette and pancake stations offered very good quality and service. • Special mention to Sofia from the breakfast service, who was kind and professional. • Soap, shampoo, body lotion of very good quality Overall, we felt our stay was a constant hassle to obtain basic hotel service (call & recall reception, follow up to get water, glasses, towels, clean breakfast table, cups). This hotel does not currently deliver the standard expected from a 5-star property. We complained several times about the unacceptable service level. Management eventually offered a small discount for the third night and a plate of biscuits and fruit
Everything about our stay here was exceptional; the kind staff, the quality service, the quiet location, and the beautiful property. The backdrop of the property is stunning, and the outdoor pools and seating allow one to take full advantage of the natural beauty of the Moroccan coast. What really allowed us to see the kindness and professionalism of the hotel staff was the care they exhibited after my son hurt his foot and needed medical care. Upon realizing that my son needed stitches, the staff made navigating the Moroccan health care system, an otherwise daunting task, fairly seamless. The staff checked in on him and made sure that he was ok. The care and kindness showed by everyone there was very appreciated. All in all beautiful hotel that I recommend without hesitation.
From the moment we walked in we were impressed with the warm welcome from the staff. The check in was a breeze. The lobby was open and had outstanding views of the sea. Khadija was helpful and sweet. Marwa was very knowledgeable about where to go and visit in Tangier and surrounding cities. Parking was easy and accessible. While waiting for our room we had lunch in the lobby, and the food was delicious.

The rooms are elegant, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with spectacular views that make waking up each morning a pleasure.
