Honestly, this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff were friendly, but the service was very slow. The rooms were in poor condition. The air conditioning barely worked, and even when it did, it only blew into one area and never actually cooled the room. The showers didn’t work properly, the key cards constantly stopped working, and we repeatedly had to go back to reception. The fridge was rusty and noisy, the coffee machine was rusty with no pods provided, and there were hornets and a nest around the balcony. The bed was broken, creaky and constantly moved. Housekeeping also moved our belongings, and my mum’s shampoo went missing. The only good things were the large pool and spa. Overall, it did not feel like a proper hotel and seriously needs improvements. I would not recommend staying here.

The staff were warm and helpful upon arrival; however, room cleanliness and hygiene definitely need attention from management. Basic service was lacking—we had to call ten times just to get towels. Worse, the hotel runs an on-site nightclub with extremely loud music playing past 3:00 AM, making it impossible to sleep. Despite the friendly staff, I will not be returning to this hotel.

This hotel is very pour on service and facilitates. I booked a room during the period 2nd - 9th of August. The first night, we waited for 3 hours to get some towels and beds for my kids. The second evening we asked for new towels again as our towels got used. Normally, you will get towels changed during your stay but in this hotel you have to ask 10 times to get a clean towel. The same goes with cleaning of the room. The hotel is very old and offers limited options especially for families with small kids. There is one pool and the pool guy arrived at work at 12 pm (very late) and here again you have to ask for towels ten times to get them. As for the breakfast then the options are quite limited and almost nothing for kids. Overall this hotel has pour service and I will not recommend it for families with kids. The location is quite okay but the rest is not worth the money at all.

Our stay at Hotel Andalucia in Tangier was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The hotel offers comfortable rooms, a pleasant atmosphere, excellent facilities, and everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail throughout the property truly stood out. What made our experience even more special was the outstanding hospitality of the entire team. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome. We would especially like to thank Rihab and Najua at the reception. They went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay, always greeting us with warm smiles, kindness, and exceptional professionalism. Their patience, attention, and willingness to assist with every request made a lasting impression and truly made us feel at home. Exceptional customer service like theirs is rare and deserves to be recognized. They are a great asset to the hotel and played a huge part in making our visit so memorable. We highly recommend Hotel Andalucia to anyone visiting Tangier. Thank you to the entire team for your incredible hospitality—we look forward to returning in the future!
