We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. A big thank you to both Zineb and Noura, the cleaning ladies, who were always so friendly, helpful, and attentive. They did an amazing job keeping everything spotless and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for making us feel so welcome - we would definitely come back.
Very disappointing experience, and it was very expensive. * The hotel is far from the parking area, making it inconvenient to access, especially when carrying luggage. * There were ants in both the living room and the bedroom. Finding insects inside the room is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. * The loud music was disruptive and showed little respect for guests who have different cultural and religious practices, particularly during prayer times. * The bathroom only provided toilet paper, with no water spray or bidet available. This basic facility is expected by many Arab and Muslim guests, and its absence was surprising. * Guests are not allowed to bring food or drinks from outside and are pushed to purchase food from the hotel. This restriction feels unreasonable for paying guests staying at the property. * The shower curtain was dirty and clearly needed proper cleaning or replacement. I paid for two nights in advance, and unfortunately, I regretted that decision shortly after arriving. The overall experience did not meet my expectations, especially considering how expensive it was, and I would not choose to stay here again. I advise anyone planning to stay at this hotel to take a look before paying.
One of the worst experiences i had in my life. The name should be Changed from hotel Farah to Hotel t3asa. I stayed in the Banglor the door key 90% of the time doesn't work.. the Safe was faulty and some of the numbers are hard to use. After a couple of nights it died. When asking for ice they said they get it out sourced for 50 dirhams which is a total rip off. The TV is not smart. No way to watch the world cup matches you need to pay 400 dirhams per person to watch it. And when I wanted to watch the morocco match they said the are booked how on earth that a hotel overbooks and the people who are living in the hotel can't even attend. The worst organization on earth. Moreover when I call the room service or the reciption I need to call to or 3 times until someone answers and even the ice I talked about earlier came after an 1.5 hors later. Please dont work in the hotel business or call your place a hotel. The place is old get it fixed then fix your service.
I spent two nights 15-16 May and my experience was outstanding. The room tidiness, the client orientation of excellence and the location of inspiring and relaxing mood. I won't hesitate to visit again and recommend friends to share the lovely experience.
