As hotel itself - not the best one. Breakfest from average quality products. Was clean - but not absolutely. Was silent, but sound isolation not the best. Only really good thing abut this hotel - AWESOME SPA/Bassein/Aquapark!

I only visited the spa area. No idea how the hotel or restaurant were. The spa however was really great. A lot of pools and jacuzzis. Many different saunas to choose from. As a Finn I didn't fancy the sauna rituals of music/bells/handheld fans, but they are of course optional. Possibility to order drinks from the counter by the pool is also nice. All in all a perfect place to relax.
We stayed in a superior room. Nothing special, the vibe is a bit outdated. The bed was super comfortable tho. We also took the dinner buffet option. I really wouldn’t recommend this one. Reminded me a school canteen a little bit, both food and vibe-wise. Only 2-3 good dishes, the rest was just meh. I was disappointed. Same goes for breakfast buffet too. About the spa - we really did enjoy this part. Great variety of different saunas, pools and jacuzzis. I would seriously recommend getting the 18+ option as well, they have some great saunas + rituals there and most importantly, no screaming kids! I was very surprised to find out that you don’t have access to this area in the morning since it opens at 12:00. I didn’t even check. I paid for it, I’m assuming I have unlimited access for this part of the spa too. I’d say this is not the place to pick for a couples retreat, but we did feel like boiled eggs after spending hours on end in the spa area.
I had a really lovely stay. Late check-in was possible, which was very convenient for me. I completed the online check-in, and my key was ready at reception. The staff were professional and cooperative. The 18+ spa and sauna area was clean and maintained. I especially enjoyed but could’t went to maximum time. It was a little bit crowded but it’s fine. Breakfast was fresh, healthy, and served in a clean environment. If you want coffee at night, you have to use the machine in the lounge and pay for it. But there should be a small complimentary coffee machine in the room. Overall, a smooth stay I would gladly return.
Before talking about the SPA I have to mention the absolutely hideous parking situation, there isn’t enough room for cars to park, we had to spend 15 minutes circling the parking lot trying to find a open spot and finally gave up and went to another car park that had private parking so we had to pay for that, thankfully it wasn’t much, 5€ for 3-4 hours. We went to the 18+ section of the SPA (that has a seperate entrance and a seperate 18+ zone). For us the experience was quite bad, first of all my girlfriend got told that they don’t have any wardrobes available for women so she should go to the regural SPA entrance and then explain the situation and try to get in that way (oh and they didn’t have any robes or towels available for her). If you have such limited space the least you can do, is to have a counter or text on the website to let people know “hey we are full don’t come right now”. I atleast got in to the mens changing room, but it still felt very weird since you are paying extra to be seperate from the children and families. The 18+ section was a joke, for that kind of money you have just basic pools and 6 saunas, S-I-X. Okay fine fair enough you don’t have room for more saunas and stuff, but then we get to the drinks and food. Drinks were meh, I ordered a pina colada and that was warm and my girlfriend got herself something else that wasn’t bad but wasn’t that good either. For the food we didn’t even bother, the prices for that were just so high considering how low quality everything else felt (think restaurant/pub prices but none of the quality), most food is literally given to you in a to-go box. If you really feel like you want food, then I would recommend the Black Rose Pub (it’s in the same building as the SPA and the lobbies are connected). The prices and experience is just ludicrous, considering that everything is given in a plastic cup and even the chairs and tables by the bar are plastic. We tried going to the regular SPA area but well…that was just chaos, there was a hot tub that was just overflowing with foam, and people were just throwing that foam on the the walkways where people walked. It was just so full that they shouldn’t have even allowed anyone else in to the SPA honestly. Just for comparison, ElamusSPA has a similar 18+ zone, that has basically double or triple the amount of saunas, cheaper prices (when it comes to food and drinks), better quality dishes and cups and in general more room and a better vibe (oh and also funnily enough, better parking). In short - do not bother with the 18+ zone, it’s a joke and only go to the regular SPA if it isn’t busy at all.
