Appreciated helpful staff, location convenient to Old Town & public transit, comfortable bed, strong shower, phone, kettle & quiet. Concerns were shower door that allowed lots of water onto floor, minibar filled with for sale items, long wait for elevators, unwashed pillows on clean ones, very thin towels & only a stool, no chair. The only English- language TV news was France 24 which airs the same stories on a loop maybe every 20 minutes
I had a great stay at Tallink City Hotel. The location is excellent, right next to several shopping areas such as Viru Keskus and only a short walk from Tallinn's Old Town. I traveled by car and the parking in the hotel's inner courtyard was fairly priced and easy to use, which made my stay even more convenient. The hotel itself was modern, clean and comfortable. The room met all my expectations. The staff were very friendly, professional and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The food was also of good quality, with a nice selection available. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would gladly stay at Tallink City Hotel again.
Not bad overall. Food was really good and people working there were nice as well. Comfortable, cosy. I had some problems too: - lots of black mold under the shower in the room - no flip flops - trash can in my bathroom was full when I came to my room for the first time and there was bit of thrash on the floor in the living area too - no hotel flip flops, no balsams in the bathroom, no cotton buds, no bathrobe - no do not disturb hanger Definitely a lot of room to improve as for 4 stars hotel
We had a wonderful family stay here. The hotel is super clean, has great service, and is perfectly located close to all the main spots in Tallinn. The kids' room downstairs was our favorite part since we could use it at any time. Breakfast was also highly enjoyable, especially the pickled cucumbers and mushrooms. Just note that if you are a group of 3 or more eating early on the weekend, it's best to reserve a breakfast table. Overall, a great experience
Very pleasant hotel, clean. Rooms are big enough, equiped with hair dryer, safe, mini bar. I was specialy surprised with ironing room, you vam iron your own cloths. Great idea! Location of the hotel is in walking distance to the city centre. There is a shopping mall near by.
