This has got to be a contender for the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Spacious, clean room with everything you need, and one of the best views I've ever had from a hotel window (being on the 25th floor certainly helped!!) Also I've got to say the shower was amazing. One of those noodle head ones (I love me a noodle head) and there was enough room to run around in it. (Though I wouldn't recommend doing that). Polite and professional staff, all round winner.

We had a lovely 3 nights stay at the hotel. The rooms were a good size with most attractions at a walkable distance. Also had a tram and bus station a 2 minute walk away. The pool and sauna area were great, cleanliness was maintained everytime we visited. The pool was a good temperature as well. I did however step on a few broken off tiles while I was in the pool. The breakfast area had a vast variety and were very welcoming! They served hot drinks at the table which was quite nice. The guy at the reception on the weekend was very funny. The reception staff were also nice in helping us out. Overall we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend!
I stayed there last week, and even though it was only for one night, it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I received excellent service from both the front desk team and the other staff. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and professional, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I also highly recommend the Horizont Bar. The view from there absolutely stunning and one of the best in Tallinn. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tallinn. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!
Modern hotel right next to a shopping complex. The room is large, clean, modern. Wonderful view of the harbor. Comfortable bed. Room was super quiet. The breakfast is excellent with many choices. The staff keeps up with cleaning the tables. The gym is world class. Also has an excellent view. The front desk and house keeping was great. There are not a lot of restaurants near by but the excellent grocery store in the shopping complex picked up the slack. 25 minutes walk to the harbor. Would love to come back again.
Pros: +Great breakfast with made-to-order omelettes and avocado toasts. Even freshly squeezed orange juice available which is a rarity in Northern Europe. +Spacious rooms with nice views from higher floors +Relatively good location with walking distance to the main attractions. Cons: -The spa area consists of just one pool, a regular sauna and a small steam room so it’s not really a proper spa but instead more like a sauna with a pool. -The spa access is not included in all of the room rates. Probably not worth to purchase it separately either. -The premises have not been renovated since they were built 15-20 years ago and while the are mostly kept in a good condition, there is some unavoidable wear and tear visible in many places. -The style of the decoration is thus obviously also from the era 15-20 years ago and haven’t aged that well in some areas ( e.g the bar on the top floor). -The service seemed well-intended but a bit robotic with the staff just repeating lines and compliments taken from some kind of hospitality manual. Bottom Line: This place was easily the best hotel Tallinn a decade back, but sadly nowadays they are left behind in many aspects of. Considering they still charge you top rates in the city, it might be worthwhile to look at some other options as well.
