Spacious room (Family Lux,410) with a lovely sea view. Good breakfast, friendly staff and free parking. The pool and sauna were a nice bonus. Great value for money and a pleasant stay overall.

Considering the price it was surprisingly good. Minor hiccups. Location, zoo 900m, shopping centre 500 and stromi beach about 2km. Breakfast nothing fancy but good enough. Overall pretty happy.
The only good thing was the location. Also, the staff was quite nice, that's all. Room was tiny and dirty and I found a cocroach in the bathroom in the morning we checked out. The swower was dirty too, including hair all over the bathroom. Shower door was broken, couldn't close thwm properly, water was coming out. I know its economy-you get what you pay for,but at least you expect the cleanliness at some level...
Avoid at all costs – False advertising and zero flexibility! We tried to cancel our booking a full week in advance after reading alarming reviews about cleanliness, but the hotel refused—citing their non-refundable policy as an excuse to trap us. Already a red flag, but we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. Upon arrival, we were told their restaurant was closed—despite the hotel being heavily marketed as a "hotel-restaurant-spa" experience. So much for convenience. Then came the real kicker: the pool, which we specifically chose this hotel for because we were traveling with kids, was only open from 6 PM to 10 PM. Nowhere—not on Booking.com, not on their own website—was this ridiculous restriction mentioned. Our kids were devastated, and we were left with nothing to do but stare at the walls or drag them to a sad, rainy-day mall. The location? Isolated and boring. Yes, it’s near a beach, but if the weather doesn’t cooperate (and let’s be real, it often doesn’t), you’re stuck with zero activities for families. A pool sits there, useless until evening, while parents scramble to entertain exhausted, disappointed children. If you have kids, RUN! This place doesn’t care about families—only about squeezing money out of non-refundable bookings while delivering half the promised experience. Save yourself the stress, the wasted money, and the anger of feeling completely misled.
The hotel is in a great location, but the service was disappointing. Over three days, nobody cleaned our room. The Wi-Fi is very slow—the kids couldn't even watch YouTube, and a speed test showed only 4 Mbps. The smart functions on the TV were blocked. There were four of us in one room, and the air conditioning was broken. When I asked someone to check it, nobody reacted. Regarding the SPA, the swimming pool was quite cold, and the jacuzzi was out of order. However, the sauna was good at 90°C. Breakfast was decent for the price, and the car parking was fine. In conclusion- Hotel looks better from the outside than from the inside!
