Stayed in the city view suite and it’s the nicest room we’ve stayed in in Tallinn - it was very comfortable, quiet, modern and spacious. Awesome urban views of surrounding towers, and the breakfast was great. Small negative is the limited seating area in the spa area that tends to be full. Used the double hot tub quite a lot, and also the large living room space. We will be back!
Dang near perfect -bed and pillows heavenly, best sleep is to be had here! Breakfast was immaculate, best selection of high quality selection EVERYTHING -service extraordinary, beautiful people working, delicious water near the elevators still and sparkling. Also multiple saunas! Spa area wonderful along with the robes and slippers in the room 🫶🏻 Oh my goodness! The fitness room is ON POINT!!! Must go! Cons: pool wasn’t really for swimming, there was only one small hot tub filled with kids, and the rooms were a little too dark for reading with no way to make the bedside lamps bright enough to lay in bed and read.
It took a while to check in... But the hotell is great. Modern rooms and a spa with three different saunas. The restaurant Meek was excellent and the staff were the best. Not far to take a walk to old town... And close to the mall where you have easy access to lots of busses. All in all, excellent hotell well worth the price and stay.
Had a great stay at the Radisson Collection. The location is perfect, only a 10-minute walk into the main center. The amenities really stood out; having access to a high-quality 24/7 gym and a brilliant spa area with multiple saunas and a pool made a huge difference. The views both from the room as well as from the skybar were amazing. For the level of service and comfort you get, the value for money is unbeatable. Highly recommended.
We’ve stayed here multiple times as Premium members, and though this trip had a hiccup at first, the Duty Manager, Julia, completely saved our experience. After a frustrating misunderstanding at the SPA, I contacted management. Julia handled it incredibly well—she replied super fast late on a weekend night with a sincere apology and a real solution. To top it off, she even came down to meet us in person at check-out to apologize face-to-face. That is top-tier professional service right there, and it’s exactly why we love returning to this brand. Thanks to Julia’s amazing service, our trust is fully restored and we’ll definitely be back!
