I stayed at Park Inn by Radisson Central Tallinn for approximately two months and paid my hotel expenses as agreed during my stay. Afterwards, I discovered that the hotel had attempted to charge my card €3,924.90 three separate times — €11,774.70 in total. Fortunately, all three transactions were declined by my bank. I contacted the hotel to ask what these charges were for. I was told that it was probably related to a night-shift employee, but they apparently could not explain exactly why the charges had been made. This is extremely concerning. A hotel should have clear records of its guests’ accounts, invoices and payments and should be able to explain why a charge of almost €4,000 was attempted — especially when it happened three times. I am now keeping screenshots and records of the attempted transactions and communications with the hotel. I have also made it clear that I do not authorize any unexplained charges to my card. I am posting this review so that other guests are aware and check their bank statements carefully after staying at this hotel. My experience was especially disappointing because I stayed there for such a long period and paid everything properly. I expect a hotel of this standard to have much better control over guest billing and payment processing. Check your card transactions carefully after your stay.

Child friendly, nice big rooms. We stayed one night with our kids. Bunk bed was long and wide enough for our 150 cm kids. Breakfast was great. Kind and helpful staff. Thank you!💛

Centrally located within walking distance of shopping and the old town, this place is a secret find! Set behind from the hustle and noise of the main road, this place has comfortable rooms and thoughtful amenities and services. Breakfast is a huge, varied spread with something for everyone! Groups, teams or families - it is easy to call this place home for a few days!

Nice place and exactly what you'd expect from an average hotel like this... Except for the cleaning crew... Came in and noticed one double-wide duvet on the bed, asked for a second since we hate sleeping with a shared duvet. Got the second duvet, but it was super lumpy. We noticed our room was missing the second bath towel. Went to reception to ask for a second one. After a few hours without the second towel coming in, just went to pick it up from one of the cleaning trolleys myself. We had an accident with some take out food and one of our duvets got dirty. Went to reception to notify and got promised a new clean duvet... Twice. The duvet was not replaced. Left the room with the "clean up, please" sign on the door and the dirty duvet very visible on the bed - they'd just turned the duvet over to hide the stain. On two mornings after breakfast we stayed in our room with the "do not disturb" sign on the door - both times the cleaning crew just barged in without even knocking and completely ignoring the sign. One morning the cleaning crew barged in, when we were still sleeping. This was weekend, so breakfast was served a bit later so we were sleeping a bit later, but apparently we should've put the sign on the door the previous night. Except that the crews kept ignoring the signs. Everything else worked well, but the 5th floor cleaning crew kept making our life worse.
