A nice hotel with a perfect location. Clean and big (though quite basic) rooms. The spa is nice but a bit smallish: a pool, four jacuzzis and four saunas (Finnish 90°, aroma 70°, steam and steam & salt sauna). The staff was super nice and the location was perfect.

Unfortunately, our room completely ruined what could have been a great stay. Instead of having any kind of view, the window faced a wall just a few feet away, making the room feel dark, enclosed, and almost claustrophobic. There was virtually no natural daylight, and the windows could not be opened at all, making the room feel even more closed off. To make matters worse, the air conditioning barely worked. The lowest temperature available was 20°C (68°F), but the room never actually cooled down. It remained warm throughout the night, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. With no fresh air, no natural light, and a wall directly outside the window, the room felt stuffy and oppressive. We asked if it was possible to change rooms or even pay for an upgrade, but no solution was offered. What is most disappointing is that rooms like this are not clearly disclosed during the booking process. Guests should know if they are reserving a room with virtually no view, almost no daylight, sealed windows, and an air conditioning system that does not adequately cool the room. The hotel itself is well located, and many aspects of the property are very nice. However, this experience had a significant impact on our stay. I hope the hotel becomes more transparent about these rooms and more proactive in helping guests when legitimate concerns are raised.
The location was excellent in the heart of the Rotermann area. Our room was on the 7th floor with beautiful views of the Old Town. Peaceful and relaxing stay. No rush at breakfast or in the spa. Friendly customer service. Value for money spent. We will come back :)
UPDATED TO 1 STAR: strongly do not recommend. The room we got faced a construction 'pipe' 10 meters from the windows, non stop waste/brick going down the pipe sounds from 7am and all day long. Conditioning blowing straight to your face above the bed, no possibility to turn off. Extremely dry air in the room due to the ventilation. I would avoid this hotel if you enjoy proper client service at hotels. We came 8 am in the morning to at least leave our stuff before our check-in, the receptionist was unpleasant and rude, telling that the check-in is at 3pm and no further comments. I asked a few times if she could call if a room becomes available earlier - finally she agreed to write my phone number on a piece of paper, but I could foresee that the paper was about to go straight to the trash bin. We still returned to the hotel at 2pm hoping a room would be ready, a new receptionist welcomed us (much more politely), told that the room is not ready, but she called the room service to make it quicker - the room would then be ready in 40min. Apparentely the first receptionist did not bother to ask anyone for a room to be ready at least a little earlier, she did not transfer info to her colleagues, and of course what a surprise - the second colleague apologized because the first one was new at the job. I don't care, the receptionist is the face of the hotel and you expect to be welcomed with a smile, not with a pushback. While waiting for the room we saw several guests arriving after us and being forwarded to their rooms before 3pm straight away.
Great hotel and value for the cost. The rooms are nice, and the location is good (less than 15 minutes from Old Town). The best part is that you get free access to the spa, including hot tubs and different types of saunas, and steam rooms. The only thing I didn't like was that the check-in system was strange (I received a lot of unnecessary emails), but otherwise the experience was great
