You think that at an airport hotel, they would have the breakfast early. But no. Then no instant coffee, they have 3in1 They had problems getting a taxi for me. So I took an Uber. The bathroom has no exhaust fan, the exhaust fan is in the room, so smells from the rest room are sucked into the room 🤦‍♂️ And good luck dragging your luggage over the deep pile carpet 😰

This is a hotel just next to the airport and we stayed there for a short night sleep just before a very early flight home. We did not expect any luxury or pampering. Just a few good hours of sleep. Unfortunately, we did not get that. We specifically picked this hotel fot the air conditioning (AC) listed as we need good AC to sleep. The rooms, which are outdated, have very old AC units which did not really cool the rooms or gave a feeling of moving air. When we asked for some sort of fan, we were told they do not have any and no effort was done to help us with the room temperature issue. On top of that the beds were not very comfortable. So we turned back and forth in our beds in the few hours we had to sleep. And the extremely small shower was not very inviting. Everything is clean but just looks old and unwelcoming. Really a shame as the location is great.

We just stayed overnight in this Hotel. We have been also other times. Today we felt extremly welcome during our breakfast time. There were two ladys (would be happy if you mention their names also in a comment:)) working around 10:20 o’clock in the area of breakfast. They were extremly friendly, warm and left very nice felling inside. Well done. Also the small gifts that we found from our room - brings always smile on our faces. They were placed so nicely. Thanks also for the reception for friendliness and being open to help. Very convient place to stay near to airport.

The hotel staff did everything they could to get our rooms available as soon as we arrived. We ate breakfast while they prepared and stored our luggage, they were very helpful and kind. The shoppingmall is a 2min walk across the road with clear path and the restaurant is another league. They serve you while wearing white cotton gloves, food is fantastic, their sorbet collection is wide and suitable for a small child with eggallergy. There is also a beautiful fountain outside the hotel, where my 2year old loved running safetly around. 10/10 recommend. Its also a 5minute walk from the airport and easy to get a taxi from bookings.com app if needed.
