Excellent hotel with polite staff! Location is peaceful as it is just outside the city center. But only 5-minutes by public transport. Lovely views from hotel rooms and loved having a shower as well as a bath tub. Breakfast area is a bit narrow, but the selection is great. There is also a chef cooking eggs just as you want them. Colouring pencils and pictures available for kids at breakfast too. That was a lovely touch! There was also a small spa consisting a sauna, steam room, hot tub and pool. I will definetely come back here on my next trip to Tallinn.

We felt like nothing was too much trouble, whether we needed help with directions, recommendations, or simple questions. Our overall service experience made the trip feel smooth from start to finish. Room Comfort 👉 The room was beautifully presented, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly cozy, and we had a great night’s sleep every time. The space felt thoughtfully designed—relaxing, quiet, and easy to unwind in after a day out. Location & Convenience 👉 One of the best parts was how convenient the location felt. Getting around Tallinn was easy, and it was simple to return to the hotel for rest whenever we needed it. Facilities & Atmosphere 👉 The hotel had a polished feel, from the common areas to the overall ambiance. Everything looked well-maintained and offered that “premium hotel” confidence—like you can truly enjoy your stay without second-guessing anything. Breakfast 👉 Breakfast was a standout: fresh options, great variety, and a pleasant environment to start the day. We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. During our reservation and again at check-in, we requested a gluten-free breakfast for our daughter, who has celiac disease. Unfortunately, this information was somehow missed on the first morning. We informed reception, and they immediately apologized and assured us that it would be corrected the following day. But they didn’t just correct it — they completely exceeded our expectations. The next morning, they prepared and served our daughter’s favorite breakfast especially for her. This was absolutely amazing and showed genuine care, attention, and hospitality from the staff. It meant a lot to us as a family and made our daughter feel very special. The rooms are great, clean, and comfortable, and the staff is absolutely fantastic. The hotel also has a lovely rooftop terrace for sunbathing and an indoor pool for relaxing. We will definitely return to this hotel. Highly recommended, especially for the exceptional level of care and service shown by the staff!

Perfect in every detail! Oleksandra, who works at the reception, understood our wishes and preferences exactly, and made our stay very pleasant from the first moment. Room 814 has a wonderful view. Spacious, with good design and lighting thought out to the smallest detail. The evening and morning views from the window were enchanting and it's good that we were still able to tear ourselves away from it - a visit to the health center and the restaurant only brought us more joy. The health center is not large, but the saunas and the swimming pool with a jacuzzi are completely sufficient for very good relaxation. Both saunas lived up to their specific names very well. Egert took care of us in the restaurant. Attentive and fast, but not intrusive - a very good level of service! Thank you very much. The meals were so delicious that we immediately booked the next visit! The entire stay brought us great joy in every moment and detail.
