I will definitely choose to stay here again! The most important thing for me was the cleanliness, and this hotel exceeded expectations—everything feels brand new and is spotlessly clean. I stayed in a standard double room; while it is on the smaller side, it is very well-designed and highly practical. The location is very convenient, especially with a bus stop nearby that offers frequent routes straight to the Old Town. If you are traveling by car, they offer paid, open-air private parking, which is a huge plus. I also highly recommend the breakfast, as there are plenty of options and it is definitely worth adding to your stay. The only minor downside was the staff, who were just okay and didn't seem overly welcoming or eager to help. However, this didn't ruin the experience at all. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money!

Our room wasn't ready when we tried to check in around 16 o'clock (which was already later than check in normally which started at 15) and for 50minutes reception kept saying our room would be ready in few minutes which wasn't the case. Finally before 17 o'clock we got our room. Room was okay but start to our stay was so under the standards of hotels of this price range and all they had to offer for 2h of our one day vacation was sorry and free coffe.
The room and the breakfast were really nice, and we overall enjoyed our stay here. The room could have been better cleaned. However, the unfriendly greeting was pretty memorable: We arrived with a late flight, and prior to booking the hotel a few weeks earlier, we called them to ensure that a late check-in after midnight would be possible. This was confirmed, and so we booked our stay. Two days before our arrival, we sent an email highlighting again our late arrival after midnight and got a really friendly reply back. However, when we checked in, we were greeted by a receptionist who first 1) was away from the reception (we waited for more than ten minutes) and made us call a number to show up and check us in, 2) told us that we were lucky that our room wasn’t cancelled, as they cancel all non-arrivals by midnight, and 3) accused us of not having sent an email prior to our arrival (and was puzzled when I showed him the friendly reply by another staff member). This was our first night in Estonia, and after this experience, we would not book this hotel again. We arrived late on the night of May 22/23.
Our standard room was slightly smaller than a typical UK Premier Inn but the ensuite was bigger and better, with a walk-in shower rather than the typical bath/shower combination. At check-in we were given the option of having a room on any floor and either on the yard side or the road side. We chose top floor (4) on the yard side because some other reviews had mentioned traffic noise. It was very quiet, despite having the window open. The air-con only goes down to 18C which is a bit too warm for us, hence opening the window to cool it down a little. Our room had 2 USB-A sockets on each side of the bed for phone charging so we didn't need any Schuko->UK adaptor plugs. The breakfast is excellent. Lots of choice and unlimited food & drink. The fresh sourdough (1) and rye bread (1) loaves are great but often disappear fast. There is also a grab & go breakfast option opposite reception if you don't have time to sit down. There is no evening meal option at the hotel, but 100m down the road is another from the same chain (Unique Hotels) which has an Italian restaurant which is OK. However, the best nearby restaurant is the Morel Bistro, a 10 minute walk away - use Google Maps to guide your walk. It has a small menu of excellent quality at sensible prices. Thoroughly recommended. Location-wise the hotel is slightly out of the centre, but that's OK because several bus-stops are nearby. The Tallinn buses are really good and only 2 Euros for an hour's unlimited travel. Better still, buy a Tallinn Card (download the excellent app) and you get free bus/tram travel for the duration of the card. Use Google Maps to help with getting from A-B via public transport. On our last day after check-out reception were happy to lock our bags in their store room for collection later.
Nice hotel with good sized rooms if you select the deluxe option. About a 12 min walk to the old town, or catch a bus. Perhaps. better than being too close. Check in process. needs looking at as it's slow. and could be streamlined, be prepared for a wait. An excellent choice at breakfast and all the people were nice and helpful. Biggest down tick is that they hide behind a green justification for not servicing rooms unless you ask by 11pm the night before. It's not cheap and I expect my room fully serviced, not just the bin emptied. if I ask. Tip: if you arrive late evening the sister hotel 100m down the road serves an excellent selection of tasty pizzas until 2130.
