Parking situation needs a new process so guests don't have to text slow service about why their assigned space is inaccessible. Really need to be clear on third party sites that this accomodation does not have a/c.

Hi Bob, Thank you so much for checking in! We made it to the apartment without any issues, and I just wanted to let you know that everything has been absolutely wonderful. The place is beautiful, spotless, and even better than we expected from the photos. My family and I absolutely love it. The apartment feels incredibly comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. It’s clear that you’ve put a lot of care and attention into every detail, and we truly appreciate it. Everything has been perfect so far, and we honestly don’t have a single complaint. We will be staying until tomorrow around midday, and we’re looking forward to enjoying every remaining moment here. Thank you again for being such a thoughtful host and for making our stay so enjoyable. We truly appreciate your hospitality, and if we ever visit the area again, we would be more than happy to stay here. Best regards, Carlos , Sara and Elias Jr.
Same here: we booked a de luxe bunker bed room and got a room with a small queen size bed and one (!) cover only. No options were offered. It ended up in a week of very akward sleeping situation. Not recommended....
I'm not sure how this place has so many good reviews. Maybe I just got unlucky? I had to switch rooms mid-stay because of availability (not a big issue). The first room was fine, and there weren't any issues, but when I moved to the second room that's when the trouble began. The room had a mini fridge instead of a full-size fridge. The TV was falling off its hinges. The sheets were stained. Not a big deal, I figured I'd message support and get it taken care of. Surprise, surprise. Support only speaks Arabic and only responds once every 2 hours. After two days of trying to get things resolved, I just gave up, got some ice packs to keep my medication cold enough and survive the week. When I eventually was able to get support in English (three days later), I was told they would "look into it" and "there's really nothing they can do as they're not onsite". I'm sure this place is fine 70% of the time, but do you really want to be paying for a hotel where you're left to figure things out in a foreign country if anything goes wrong? Personally, I wish I would have stayed ANYWHERE but here.
Cozy nice place that is really close to the town and especially to Fotografiska and surrounding area. Good , clean , calm and practical room that was almost new with really comfy mattresses. I would recommend staying here if you visit Tallinn.
