the lounge wasnt that great, less choices of food, service was not spectacular the chefs or server were not friendly.

It was an amazing experience, taiwan airport is one of the best I’ve been till now. There so much things and the service was 100/10. It’s easy to move from airport to cities, the transportation system was very good actually.
Limited seating area. Place is extremely cold. Bathrooms not located at lounge. Limited food choices.
Awful. Save your money and don't use Showers were disgusting and water everywhere with long queues to access the 2 showers available. Food was limited and tasteless with again long queues to access the small lounge
I thought it was a good lounge and I spent 12 hours there. Delicious fresh cooked noodle bowls. Western food rather limited but a nice little salad bar. Comfortable chairs and was never too busy. Could store your luggage at the check in counter. Not much variety of alcoholic beverages available, but enough. Also an ice milk machine. Overall I was glad that I bought a pass.
Busy Lounge. Mainly Asian food. Comfortable seating. Many drinks options. Very average toilet facilities.
smooth and easy check in to the lounge. Perfect service, foot and beverage offered. An airportplan to find the booked area would made it from excellent to perfect.
Not worth the money. Terminal 1: no private rooms existant, Terminal 2: private rooms not available 'cause lounge under construction. Terminal 1: food was nothing special, not good looking, boring. Comfortable seats were "booked", what means only available for business travellers. No other comfortable seats, only 'normal' chairs, small space for many people approaching. Staff ok. Wouldn't go there a second time.
Impressive venue, service and amenities for travellers. Eventhough a busy place there was ample food, and places to crash.
Our experience was great! It was unlimited food and drinks. Even alcohol, there were showers, rest areas, outlets, they even provided toiletries and towels for showering. There were near by massage chairs. It was a nice ending to a long layover.
TOO BUSY. We had to pay extra for a VIP seating area to find a place to sit all together but otherwise comfortable. They ran out of beverages which kind of made no sense for being a 24-hour airport lounge. Everyone enjoyed most of the foods, and were able to get alcohol or other beverages. It was kind of hard to find, but the one we went to was up some pretty stairs.
Dirty and smells moldy. While eating I saw tiny roaches crawling on the couch. I don’t believe it is worth the price. Toilets are too tight
My sons and I have been coming here each time we have a couple of hours layover until the next flight. It is a good location. It can get filled and busy. We never have any problem getting in. We enjoy the food selections.
it seems that the menu options are limited. Soft drinks/ Pop during lunch time are not available already. Overall, great experience.
A quiet place to unwind after a 13 hrs trip with food and various drinks to revive you. The staff were helpful and plentiful to service any need you may have. The showers were clean and the water was hot. It’s just what you need as a stop over. Well done!!
Primarily needed a shower after a long flight so it served its purpose. I believe there were 4 shower rooms but one was closed for maintenance. It’s first come first serve and you get the towels at the front desk. Note that it’s usually not cleaned between uses so treat it like a gym shower. I brought some disposable slippers with me. They had shampoo and shower gel along with some shaving kits. Water pressure and hot water was good. The lounge was really crowded which was not a surprise but the food was actually wonderful. Everything I tasted especially the made to order beef noodle soup was incredible. I also had the best hash brown I’ve ever had at the lounge. Overall, a decent place to get a shower and food. Just manage your expectations.
Limited food selection but if you needed a bit of a privacy then this is the best place. I guess you can find better food choices in the food court for the price you pay for the lounge. Shower rooms are clean and they have a spacious nursing room. We stayed in the lounge for 6 hrs. The staff can be more friendlier, i mean those bus ladies, they dont even smile when asked.
food was good. place was relaxing, a bit small but way better than waiting in uncomfortable waiting area by the gate.
Easy in the TOP 10 Best globally. All will enjoy the easy accessibility to food, shopping and restrooms! One of my fave stops in my international travels.
The lounge was comfortable, set up well. The food selection was quite limited and not very fresh. The bathroom was very small and not convenient even to brush your teeth.
Another Plaza Premium lounge thus time in Taipei Airport terminal C, which is for most of the flights heading to North America and Canada.
Good ambiance and plenty of foods, coffee and different cold drinks. Comfortable seats and many tables to choose from.
An excellent accommodation option while awaiting your flight, conveniently located near the Terminal Gate and Duty-Free shops. Guests can unwind, enjoy a shower, and savor high-quality food.
This is like a hallway, Quite small, not a lot of food. Some comfortable seating but would not spend more than 2 hours here
Overall good. Place is kept clean, staff is friendly & picking up dishes & drinks everywhere. Limited choices of food but do provide 3 dishes made to order, including, beef on rice, udon & pork. Many chairs for relaxing. All in all, Comfortable stay!
it was too packed, so not very restful. The food and drinks were very ordinary, and nothing was even close to resembling 'Premium'. There were very few showers with a long wait line. At Taipei airport I would have had a more satisfying experience (and much cheaper) forgoing the shower and eating in the main body of the airport.
Reroute Your Flight from Tapei Intl AP--Not Very Accepting and Gave Little to No Regard to Us We were denied service yet again after 2 attempts a second time at this airport after waiting for our connecting flights for over 20 hours. We watched other Asian travelers get service directly afterwards who didn't seem to be members but even if they were, how was a room a available to them if all rooms were unavailable to us. I find the people of Taiwan and this airport to be predudise and selective against African Americans tourists who have the unfortunate disposition of traveling through this very unaccommodating airport who refuses lounge services to Americans. Reroute your flight plans, bypass and avoid Taipei Taoyuan Intl Terminal II. They simply are not welcoming, nor accepting and reluctant to servicing Americans. We have watched at least 2 dozen New travelers check into this lounge within 15 minutes. They look down on us. Racism exists here. #airportsyoumustavoid #taipeitaiwan #taipeiairportisbiasef #racism #Americaavoidtaipei #warning #donottravelhere #avoidTaipeiAirport
Plaza Premium Lounge was easy to access and the staff was very efficient. Food selection was average. The seating area is large enough to accommodate many travelers. Hot soup to order was available and endless coffee. Includes showers.
It’s a nice place to rest during a long trip! Has delicious food, drinks and comfortable seats. The most important thing is a nice and neat place for showers. Feel so relaxing after a shower!
Food was mediocre. I wished that they had better selection and better food. Me and my wife didn’t much like the food that was served. I wish it had mixed of continental.
Not really great I'm afraid. The front part is noisy. The showers weren't clean. There was no non dairy milk at all. No mint tea. Probably people who wanted alcohol were happy.
Good location at the airport. Close to many shops and gate. There are good selections of Asian food including dim sum. The tables are ok. Some don’t have electronic charger station.
Expected a better level of service. In the larger lounge, food area was unclean. Too many people in the relaxation area, some people had noisy conversations. Will recommend the smaller one only. Food area was clean and could relax.
The shower was good. The chairs were not comfortable but it provided somewhere to pass a long transit. Expensive for what it was
I had a 12hr layover at Taipei International, so I booked the Plaza Premium. I booked for the Terminal 1 since it is open 24hrs, so it helped when my flight in was delayed. There is plenty of sitting areas and a couple of couches you could take a quick nap in. This lounge also offers showers, however, they are open to the public as well. In the morning, I grabbed something to eat and then headed to the lounge in Terminal 2 while I waited for my boarding.
Delicious a la carte menu. Cozy resting seats. Convenient shower facilities. Easy to find location after flight check in.
The place was quiet and constant food and drink. The washroom was not as clean as it could have been. I would suggest having a cleaning schedule posted and the cleaner sign off each time the washrooms were cleaned
Arrived airport super early in the morning because of flight arrival time. Noodles at self-serve bar was stale, I puked! Noodles had been re-heating multiple times during the night and became inedible!! I had my tight schedule which couldn’t take up time to complain/reflect. So I haven’t touched anything from the bar, but still hot food ordered from chef bar didn’t meet my expectation! Definitely tiny sizes, no protein (meat) to choose from the menu!
Comfortable chair, relaxing environment but they definitely need to improve the food they serve. I wish the food choices were better & tasty.
Such a shame! I paid for 12 hrs for my sister, although she was only stopping for 6 ( I wanted to treat her and make sure she had somewhere comfortable to wait until her next flight) on her arrival she was told they close at 11pm, this was less than 6hrs away. She explained she had a pass for 12, was told I would have to take it up with who I booked the pass with. My sister, said it was lovely in there, Be careful before booking, this isn’t open 24/7 like some.
Great service and communication from the driver I would definitely use his services again in the near future
Very nice airport but I had difficulty finding any diet drinks, even the most popular Coke Zero has not been available anywhere. I wish the airport authorities would open up more to the World and embrace diet options for travelers who cannot have sugary items.
The shower facilities were great, it was somewhere to sit away from the airport crown however the food selection was very ordinary and often cold
The result of our experience was not worth the money ($95nz for 8 hours) - Showers were great with fresh towels provided - All VIP rooms were booked out - Comfortable seating area with power points - Average food and drinks and when i ordered 1 of the options from the bar this is what i recieved Save your money and find a quiet spot in the airport as its big enough to do so
Layover resting. Shower and food. Took showers and ate a few times in a 12 hour stay. Was fun clean and great place.
Definitely will go back.having a shower is a plus plus! Thank you for having this at taiwan airport. Keep up the good job. My brother traveled solo for his first time international travel and he has 6 hours lay over there. So i booked this for him. Definitely booking again! Thank you.
Quiet areas to sit and buffet meal counter. A little hard find to the T1 lounge until I realised just follow the signs to airline lounges. If you want a shower they give you a basket with towel and tooth brush etc and you have to go immediately next door to the public showers.
My aunt and I had a 20 hour layover in Taipei. Vincent Chen was an excellent guide, he was flexible, listened to what our interest were and delivered. On top of that he took excellent photos and videos of our adventure! I couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend Vincent!
Buffet food was poor quality Need more comfortable chairs with higher level of staffing for maintenance/keeping areas clean Shower rooms needs system that denote occupied status, shouldn’t need to knock on individual doors/try handles to see if occupied
Nice food. Shower was good comfy lounge. Perfect for a break on a long layover could not fault the staff
