Taipei Private Transfer:keelung Cruise Port To Taiwan Taoyuan Int Airport

Good car, was on time, nice driver, we had to go to airport realy quick and he drove safe but made sure we could be at the airport on time!

I booked a driver to pick my husband and I up when we got off of our cruise and take us to the airport. It was perfect when I walked out of the cruise terminal there was a sign with my name on it. Even though I was a little early getting off of the ship they were able to accommodate me pretty quickly. My ride was very comfortable, and the driver was very professional.

It would have been 5 stars if the app had been more specific on where and how to meet my ride to the airport. It just said at the Meritime Plaza, which is a 7-minute walk outside of the cruise terminal. It should have mentioned that my name would be on a sign at the exit of the cruise terminal.

The drivers were punctual and pick up location was clear. Even though we had several luggages, the drivers were very good at positioning them so they all could fit in the van.

Car service was waiting for us under the “Viatour” sign board. Van was big and clean and driver was very professional.

Very poor communication with the operator lead to extreme anxiety and therefore did not utilise the service.

Well organized operation, English speaking, courteous and prompt service. Would use again in future!

Six of us booked a transfer from the cruise port to the airport with a few hours of sightseeing in Taipei since our flights didn't leave until mid-afternoon. Vincent was our guide and made the end of our cruise trip truly memorable with visits to a beautiful temple, the Chiang Kai-Shek memorial, a food vendor street and theTaipei 101 tower. Vincent provided a running commentary and answered all of our various questions about culture and ilfe in Taipei. And we had a very comfortable spacious high-end van for our trip. Highly recommended .. it was better than many of the shore excursions from our cruise ship!

Our transfer from the cruise port to the airport was efficient and flawless. Vincent from Edison Travel met us at the ship with a sign with our names and a flashing light on it so we could quickly pick him out. The vehicle was clean and roomy. Five star experience!

Wonderful guide and great ideas for tourists. Vincent was very helpful and flexible. Took care of us very nicely. Saw the Chang hai shek memorial place and changing of the guard! Martyrs Shrine was very beautiful with changing of the guards. The Taipei 101 tower was beautiful too and views were great!

Driver arrived on time, and efficiently transported us to the airport. He spoke English and was very courteous. He even carried our luggage into the terminal!

We were met at the cruise port by a representative who held a sign with my name an who also as a bonus spoke some English. He walked us to a nice new minivan with an excellent driver who then took us to the TPE Airport. Quiet painless and stress free. I felt the price was quite reasonable given the distance to the airport. I would recommend this service.

They were prompt, curious and on time. The van was clean and big enough for 6 pieces of luggage with 3 adults. We were very satisfied. We’ll use them again.

<p>The service was good, except for the fact we lost a bag. We understood it had to do with the circumstances (it was raining and Keelung port was chaotic) Prior transfer from airport was excellent, this one not much so!</p>
