I booked airport transports with this company 5+ times to and from Taoyuan Airport in Taipei, Taiwan. They are very communicative wit me regarding any notes or requests I ask for and they are quick to respond. This last trip, my flight got canceled for one day and then delayed by 3 hours and they were very quick to respond and very understanding and accomodated all of my changes. Excellent company. I wouldn't use anyone else.

When I booked the ride, I told them that I needed a minivan and not an SUV because I had a lot of luggage and an electric wheelchair. The company contacted me several times to clarify and sent a minivan. Although I wasn't sure if the drive spoke English, he was very good and was able to store all of my luggage and when we got to the airport, he was able to load all of the luggage onto one cart.

Only thing is we will msg to wait in the lobby but the car was waiting outside and didn't come in to get us.

The pick up wasn’t waiting the waiting area after customs but outside by the curb. It was hard to find and they had my name on a bird with several others. The car was not waiting. I had to wait around 10 minutes for a car to show up. Nothing too special when compared to an Uber. I wouldn’t recommend.

Excellent service both to and from the Airport. It was very easy to find the driver upon arrival at Taipei and he had my things in the car and on the way in 3 minutes. Whenever we travel, we like to go to the airport a few hours before boarding so that we can take our time in the airport and avoid the stress of rushing through baggage check and immigration. Pick up time for our party was at 5:30pm. We were at the hotel at 4:30, to be sure not to be late. By 5:30, the driver was still nowhere in sight, and we had to call twice to find out where he was. We were informed that he went to the wrong hotel, and would take another 15 minutes to arrive. After 15 minutes, we called again, and was informed that it would take another 7 minutes. By the time he arrived, it was 6 pm. You should be the one to get in touch with us whenever your driver cannot make it on the appointed time.
