Great service! We landed at TPE, our driver was waiting for us with a sign. He got out of his car, and helped us find the apartment as it was in a narrow street.

The driver was easy to find. As soon as I left baggage claim and headed out the door he had a sign with my name on it. The car was spacious. The driver got us to our destination safely.

I I had a very disappointing experience with this taxi booking service in Taipei. I booked an airport pickup in advance, but when I arrived at the airport exit, there was no driver holding a sign with my name as expected. Since there was no airport Wi-Fi available where I was, I had no way to contact the driver or the company. As a result, I had to find and pay for another taxi to reach my destination. I later contacted customer service and requested a partial refund because the service I booked was not successfully provided. Unfortunately, my request was denied. This was a very unsuccessful and frustrating experience, especially for international travelers. If you do not have a local mobile phone number or reliable mobile data service, I would strongly recommend avoiding this service, as communication can become impossible when problems occur. Overall, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Booked online from the US and from the time of booking to pickup everything was perfect. I recommend downloading whatsup app, send a message confirming to the number provided after booking. They immediately confirmed my request. As my plane landed the driver messaged me with clear easy details where to meet. Very simple and highly recommended. The driver was excellent on communication and I felt very safe.

Oliver our driver was extremely helpful with advice on tourist attractions and some history facts on Taipei/Tawain. He was an absolute gem of a driver.

Because of a delayed connection we missed our flight to Taipei. So we were rebooked for the following day. We found out about the delay after the 24 cancellation window was passed. I messaged the provider directly and called Viator. The Viator help desk did nothing for me. They just said it was outside the window so no changes were possible. The provider response was give them the new flight information and they would be there. And they were!! The car was very nice and the travel time was less than the quoted time. I would use them again.

Even though our flight was late, our ride to the hotel was there and ready when we exited the airport.

Our driver was already waiting when we arrived. He was friendly, assisted with our bags, and drove us to our hotel with no issues. It was a pretty smooth ride.

After exiting baggage claim, my private driver was at the designated area for passenger pick up service. He had a board up with my name written on it. I approached him. We greeted and he led me outside to a designated place to wait while he went to get his car. His vehicle was a clean comfortable minivan. He loaded my 2 luggage and we headed to my hotel. He gave me a bottle of water as I was seated. As we were riding along, he pointed out areas we were passing and made suggestions of places to visit in accordance to my interests, as well as places to eat, night markets info, etc. When we arrived at my hotel, he unloaded my bags and gave me a Taipei map of undiscovered places, in English and the native language guide, and a guide to Muslim friendly travel. I was very pleased with my experience with this company and my private driver.

We were told that that driver would be there with a sign of our names. It was a no show and I have to call the emergency contact they provided for multiple times. They kept saying the driver will be there. After a 45 min wait, the driver finally showed up. The car was supposed to be promised as a Nissan van. A dirty Kia came instead and the front seat belt barely works. Poor customer service overall!

Great experience overall, our driver Oliver was very friendly, and gave us a lot of information about Taipei, including things to do, food spots, and other general information about the area. The van was large enough to carry all of our luggage (5 large and 2 small) as well as seat a family of 4 with plenty of room. One thing to note, make sure you download WhatsApp, as this seems to be the app of choice for communication. I didn't realize this is how I would be contacted. Would highly recommend this service if you need airport transportation to your hotel!

Excellent communication; they provided clear, easy-to-understand instructions for meeting the driver at Taoyuan Airport. Even though our flight was delayed by over an hour, the driver was already waiting at the arrival hall exit holding a sign with our name. He was courteous and helpful, handling all of our luggage during loading and unloading. I will use their services again and will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

It was a great day with Vincent. He took us to 3 cities and showed us a variety of experiences. In between we had a delicious stop for lunch on the outdoor porch of a restaurant with a beautiful view. We have travelled quite a bit and Vincent is one of the best guides we’ve had.

The driver was a little late picking us up at the airport. We had to wait 5-10 minutes at arrivals looking for a driver with a sign. He was not there when we exited Customs, so I texted the company. They contacted him as he was walking up to the meeting point. The driver did not speak English at all. The tour company said that the airport transfer service drivers only speak Mandarin. The driver drove aggressively and did not turn on his headlights. I texted the tour company, who called the driver (and the driver told them that he had his headlights on). But I'm pretty certain that he only had his daytime running lights on, because when he tailgated other cars, there was no reflection.

Great experience. The driver had our sign at arrival hall and guided us to the car. The car was large, nice and new very comfortable ride to the city.

After traveling for 24 hours, it was incredible to step out of the airport and see a sign with my name on it, along with a kind driver who helped me with my luggage and took me to the hotel without any problems.

The dispatcher was very rude. He sent me to a wrong car. We waisted about 20 min and had to come back to airport to board to another car. And further the dispatcher complained about me of giving him wrong information. I almost missed my tour because of this. Very disappointed! Wouldn’t recommend others to take this transfer service.

Old van a little unnerving on highway. Good that it was large if in better shape. Need to wait for seatbelts to drive. Airpot meetup ok but also not ideal.

The driver was waiting for us at the customs exit with a sign with our name on it. Once in the taxi we were provided with complimentary water. The ride to the hotel was beautiful and smooth. Payment was made online so no awkward haggling or searching for an ATM. Best part was a mini van was provided to accommodate my mother wheel chair.

My only feedback would be I would like to have heard from my driver at least a day in advance. I was only contacted once I was midflight, and phone was off. So basically I turned my phone on in Taipei and crossed my fingers to have a message from my driver. I did have a message :)

Oliver was waiting for us in the reception hall upon arrival. Smooth transition from the airport to the hotel. He chatted with us the whole way and pointed out landmarks along the way. He also gave us a brief overview of Taiwan/Taipei. Oliver was very friendly and great driver. Perfect way to start our trip.

The driver did not really speak English, which was OK because we really didn't need to communicate verbally. He contacted me via WeChat the day before so we were able to communicate that way. The driving was fine and safe. The only thing preventing a 5-star review was that the pick-up was not as described. The description said the driver would meet us inside with my name on a sign. Instead, when we landed, I was asked to call the driver after we collected our luggage. At that point, we were instructed to go outside and wait by one of the numbered pick-up areas and wait 8-10 minutes. It would have been smoother if the pick-up was inside the arrivals area like it was described in the booking.

I have a nice ride the driver is very friendly and kind and knows how to speak English . You can talk like You know each other. If you need a transfer I can highly recommend this.
