Private Transfer From Taoyuan Airport Taiwan To Taipei

Happy we booked this driver after a long flight and arriving around 4am. They were a pleasure to work with

The driver wasn't very friendly. He didn't even say hello. He came to me and directly said "give me" aiming to my suitcase. He didn't spoke English, not that I care, I'm in Taiwan but for a driver working for airport transfer for tourists, I find it odd. So when I ask a question he just waived and said "no english". And last, music was blasting inside the car. Way to overpriced for what proposed. The only good thing was the welcome arrival from a nice, smiling lady. Will not book again.

On time, nice clean car. 45 minutes to hotel from airport

Excellent, stress and hassle free way to get from the airport directly to your hotel. Would book again!

Good experience! Everything went well. We were able to find them easily at the airport. We were transported to our hotel, along with all our luggage, with no problems. Easy and convenient, especially when traveling with a big family!

Driver put in incorrect address and did not speak enough English to communicate with me about going to the wrong location from what I had booked as drop off. He drove unsafely, had say many times for him to stop and to pullover and call for help and he was rude and was not helpful.

It was so helpful to have someone waiting with my name on a sign for our family! The van was comfortable and air conditioned and could fit the crazy amount of luggage the four of us had (it was mostly my luggage! lol). The driver was great, super nice and got us exactly where we need to be!

The booking and the meeting in the arrival hall was very informative throughout. Big sign with my name to make it easy. Smoothly comfortable drive. Well recommended way to transfer

Very efficient and a must if you are traveling with friends otherwise you would need two taxis. Would definitely recommend.

Agent already waiting at the arrival even though the plane landed 1 hour earlier. Good start of the trip

Right on time and had a stress free experience. My driver was helpful and communicative the whole drive (I started the conversation)

Very smooth and professional service. Our flight was delayed and the service helped us reschedule easily.

Excellent service! A representative met us right at the arrival gate and guided us to our driver. The driver communicated well via email beforehand and was flexible enough to pick up an additional family member from a different location. Highly recommend!

Fantastic time with Phyllis Chartered Tour!

Hassle free transfer with no waiting, we were able to connect with the driver without any challenges

The experience was great. Smooth transport from airport to my destination. I was impressed how quickly and efficiently it happened. The driver was kind, friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend this service.

Very good. Simple and on time. Good communication throughout. Had someone waiting on arrival. Car was clean

Pick up right at the exit with our name. Then brought out to driver in less than 5 min. Brought us right to the door of our accommodation.

A+. We were met as we exited the secure airport area and the agent of the company secured our ride and walked us directly to the car and driver, where we were whisked away to our apartment. Thanks for the water bottles too! Excellent, professional, recommended.

Easy to use Fast and efficient. Clean autos and nice driver. Took us directly to hotel, with little traffic and safely.

Phyllis is a very genuine and nice lady! She took care of everyone in my family for the Taiwan trip! From the kids to my parents to ourselves! Will highly recommend her!

Pick and transfer was seamless. They met us in the airport, guided us to our car and the trip was smooth. Dropped us off right at our residence.

There is nothing more reassuring than walking through the exit door of the airport and seeing someone standing there holding a sign with your name on it! Even though our flight was delayed there were no issues. Excellent service!!! Highly recommend.

We had a good experience, and service was efficient and responsive. Had no issues even though my flight was delayed.

Great service I would recommended … Comfort and security On time courteous and on time Wonderful price

Everything went very smoothly. We found my name on a sign as soon as we entered the arrivals hall. The driver loaded our bags and we were on our way to the hotel. No waiting around. No trying to find a vehicle large enough to accommodate us and luggage. No negotiating rates. No chaos. It was exactly as described. Perfect for arriving in a foreign country where we don’t read or speak the language and we’re exhausted after a 15-hour flight and over 24-hours of straight travel total. We needed easy, and this it. Would highly recommend.

Our driver was on time, I'll give him that, but he seemed in a big hurry to get it over with. He tailgated nearly every car in sight, sometimes less than one car length at freeway speed, scaring the bejeezus out of my girlfriend. He was also constantly speeding, sometimes at double the speed limit. And then he had the nerve to charge us an extra $10 at the end. I was not pleased.

The driver was waiting at the terminal with my name, and He took us to the hotel. He was very pleasant.

They were waiting for us airport and quickly we were in a cab and on our way to the hotel. Excellent service.

Professional and clean, they were also flexible with our flight plans. The driver was very nice and helped every step of the way

Very efficient. Our driver is very nice.

Very efficient way of traveling from TPE to our hotel in downtown Taipei City. We were met at the airport with my name on a signboard. Then we met our driver at the exit of the airport. Very smooth drive to our hotel. Our driver was very nice and was telling us some of the landmarks of Taipei City.

Best way to get to Taipei from TPE Airport! Our driver was prompt and informative on the drive. Nice, clean comfortable car.

The wait was less than 5min. The car was nice and clean. Driving to hotel was quick and easy. Great services.

Very professional services, easy to meet at pick up point, have no problem at all, driver also very polite and helpful.

Excellent driver. Very personable and friendly. Gave us alot of tips about taipei. Wonderful experience.

Great experience! Driver was waiting for us in Arrival Hall- our flight arrived early. We had a lot of luggage which he stored quickly and efficiently. Driver gave a lot of information re Taipei on ride to hotel.

Great service! From pick up to end of service was excellent. Staff and driver were respectful. Thumbs up! 👍

Our tour operator was very efficient and flexible to our needs. We needed to make a small change to our time and it was very appreciated

Reliable service, really nice car and courteous driver. The agency representative met with us right after customs, and the driver came over within minutes. The car was a nice Mercedes passenger van with large luggage space. Highly recommended.

The service was booked in the morning several hours prior to arrival. Messages were sent to confirm well in advance. Driver was not waiting at arrival. The driver who did drive us was a really rough driver and the ride was not smooth. My wife and daughter were sick to their stomach by the time we reached our destination. Not pleasant at all.

Very easy to book and ride, friendly driver. Very quick and easy Will recommend to all to book for pick up

Terrible and driver didn’t show up at the airport. My flight was delayed and messaged the driver. But he didn’t check my flight arrival time and claimed he was waiting for me using the scheduled time and not the arrival time. Refused to refund me and I had get another car last min at the airport and pay more for the transfer. Do not use this service.

Driver was very professional. Communication was easy. Waited at the airport even with the flight delay. Offered water for the ride. Translated information between me and hotel attendant.

Excellent communication all around- confirmed reservation and location of meeting a day in advance and then texted me once we landed. Driver was very courteous and drove safely.

Excellent service. Prompt and reliable. Comfortable vehicle. Easy to access and communicate with operator.

Arrived later than predicted but transfer went very smoothly and was a great way to start the holiday, were waiting at the arrivals as stated.

There was a mix up on our hotel and the driver went to the wrong one after the company had already been informed. He gladly took us to the proper location without complaint.

I was picked up right outside the arrival hall. Very seamless transfer to my hotel in a clean and comfortable car. Had some excellent recommendations for around the city. Enjoyed and would recommend.
