What a wonderful way to revisit Taipei! James was a delight and very helpful in helping with a mobiley challenged Grandmother! We covered our chosen itinerary plus many more sites! James was very versed in Chinese and Taiwanese history and shared lots of information about a variety of subjects! I highly recommend him!! The car was nice and clean and comfortable. This was a great introduction to Taipei. Junior, our guide, was very friendly, funny, professional, and attentive. He took us to the most important places; explained in detail each objective and answered our many questions. From the start, he understood our expectations. Moreover, he took plenty of pictures of us, and this way we have indelible memories. We highly recommend this tour and Junior.

What a great way to see the important sites of Taipei. Aaron was an amazing guide, spoke English very well, was knowledgeable, and thoughtful. His suggestions of things to do and see were great. Took great pictures as well! He made sure that we got to do all the things we expressed interest in and never rushed us. Would happily recommend this tour and Aaron to my family and friends. It was by far our favorite tour while in Taiwan.

We booked 2 tours directly with YOLO TAIWAN. Our driver was Bubble. I can’t say enough about how great the car and our driver- guide was. Bubble picked us up right on time at our hotel and spent some time talking to us about what we wanted to see. He worked out the best order for our sight seeing day. He was a great driver, friendly and informative, giving us background Information and a little history. At every stop he found a good nearby parking site. At one venue when we needed a wheelchair for one of our group he took it on himself to run to the customer service area and get one for us. He took group photos at every stop and was very patient with any changes we made. We had a wonderful two days and would do it over again if we could. Thank yu Bubble and YOLO for a great experience!

I traveled to Taipei alone and had Sean as my personal guide for the day. He came to the Grand Hyatt to pick me up. Before we left the hotel, he asked me what I wanted to see, providing suggestions as this was my first visit to Taiwan. He made sure I saw the main sites. I requested that we avoid spending too much time in museums as I wanted to see more of the city. He was very amenable to that request. For lunch he took me to an amazing soup dumpling restaurant that rivals Din Tai Fung. The two of us had an amazing lunch for $25. Also, I ask a lot of questions. Sean provided me with a wealth of information about culture and religion in Taiwan. I can only hope to remember half of the information he provided. I highly recommend Sean for your visit to Taiwan!

We booked a private, customizable day tour specifically going to Yangmingshan National Park and Beitou Thermal Valley, and it was an amazing experience! Our guide, Jackson, was efficient, flexible, and adapted flawlessly esp when we added visiting temples and going to the waterfalls to our itinerary. He offered great recommendations, ensured we felt safe and comfortable, and never rushed us. He also took fantastic photos of us. Truly an incredible day—highly recommend Jackson if you are visiting Taipei!

Great day trip for our long layover. Nicolas was a fabulous host and knew all the ins and outs perfect for our ideas!

We had Nicolas Ying as our guide for the day! He was on time, efficient and knew all the hidden spots for Boba Tea, photos, important times of events, beef soup, tea leaf spots and more. He got us right to the door or steps for every visit! His spunky personality and enthusiasm made an 8 hour tour so fun! Highly recommend him! When we come back again we will use him for a northern coast tour!

Vincent was our driver. He was so full of information. We all loved him. He took us to Taipei 101. We went up and looked around. He took our pictures everywhere we went. Lunch was very good and he made sure I received gluten free food. After lunch we went downtown and shopped. Around 3:00 he took us to Liberty Square so we could watch the changing of the guard. The area was so nice. He took us around a little longer then took us back to our ship. We enjoyed our time in Taipei.

We had a full day in Taipei during a layover. Cody was a great tour guide and companion and showed us the best of the city.

Best tour EVER! We were picked up in a large newer VW Caravelle and spent the day with Bubbles (nickname). He filled every minute with information and made sure we saw the important sites. Having studied tourism in college, he was able to teach us so much about Taiwan and Taipei. It was a holiday and we were able to see the military and others practicing for the parade for the next day. Wonderful day!

The guide, Hicks, was very knowledgeable, packed in a lot to see on a day, and was considerate. I enjoyed the day very much and feel I understand the city and country a lot more. Thank you for such a wonderful day.

Caleb was fabulous! We didn't really know what do our where to go, he took us to great places and explained so much so we were better informed on Taipei and Taiwan. The car was great, very comfortable and spacious. Caleb was very knowledgeable and super nice.

James was a wonderful guide. He explained the history of Taiwan and he gave a guided tour and explanations of all the sites that we covered. Because the Grand Hotel and Secret Tunnel Guided Tour was my highest priority, we went there first. I was very happy that James was able to get me on the Secret Tunnel Tour because it can be difficult to get a reservation. Other sites that we went to were: National Revolutionary Martyrs Shrine, Dalongdong Baoan Temple, stop for a traditional Taiwanese lunch, and Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall. All of the sites were fabulous and James made the experience special. Our last stop was the Taipei Costco and it was interesting to compare it to ones in the USA. I highly recommend James.

We had a great tour with Nicolas Ying. We customized our tour with helpful suggestions from Nicolas. We went to Grand Hotel, Hall of Martyrs to see the changing of the guard Houtong Cat Village, Jiefun incl visit to temple, and Liu An Historic house. Nicolas found great spot to try traditional Taiwanese breakfast and also a lunch spot at Jiefun with a spectacular view of the Harbour from the hills. Highly recommend a private Car tour as you get to do what you want and gain local knowledge from your guide.

Great experience by our Yolo Tour Guide Chiao Chiao as she guided us through Taiwan’s religious, historical, memorial, cultural and industrial achievements that helped make Taiwan become an independent country. Comfortably traveled in her clean and comfortable Toyota Corolla Cross Sport and could not have experienced Taipei and the significance of the Taiwanese people in 8hrs on our own self-guided tour.

We enjoyed our city tour with Mr. Willy who is very friendly, engaging and speak English fluently as we don’t speak and understand Taiwanese. He spoke clearly, shared facts about Taiwan history, culture, personal experiences, Taiwan rules and regulations such as no guns and firearms; very law rate in crimes and talked about politics and recent current events. He accommodated my request to do some changes in our today’s schedule and still able to see other points of interest. He gave suggestions and other options that may interest us to visit and enjoy other places in Taiwan.

We have been on a number of tours such as this around the world, and I have to say that our guide Mr Vincent Lee was OUTSTANDING!! I would give him 10 Stars if I could. We had organized a full day trip and Mr Lee had some suggestions for us but there were several items on the proposed itinerary that did not match our interests. Not a problem at all! Mr Lee suggested a number of alternatives that were amazing! We visited the Shifen Waterfalls and Shifen Old Street. These were truly spectacular and we had an amazing time. He told stories and helped us to take the most incredible pictures. We visited the Martyrs Shrine / Grand Hotel / Longshan Temple and Chiang Kai Shek memorial as well before calling it a day. Along the way Mr Lee matched our interests and kept us entertained the entire way. He was a very safe and courteous driver, never in a rush. He gave us suggestions for meals and snacks to try along the way. I would highly recommend Mr Lee to anyone visiting Taipei Thank you Mr Lee!
